The Bogs W Flora Bootie is supposed to be a rain bootie, but I had to try them out right away on ice and in slush. The last time I had a pair of Bogs with a heel (versus the flat sole) I found them to be impossible for walking on ice. That is not the case for these. They are very good on ice (i.e. I didn't slip), but they not intended to be used as a cold weather bootie, they just aren't warm enough. I had the wrong size for this style. I can wear a size 9 (UK 7 - this size 9 is a UK 6½), depending on the shoe. Some styles I need a wide. This one I should have had a 10 because there are no gussets that make getting the shoe on easier. These were so hard to get on! And don't think that the pull on the back will help, because that rips right out. (Cough.) A shoe horn won't help either. If you struggle to get them on, just stop and send them back. I had a friend try them on who is also a size 9. She said that they 1) took some effort to put on, 2) felt that they had good support, and 3) were too snug at the top and so would probably be uncomfortable to wear. She said she used to have narrow feet, but they are now wider (so she probably has a regular width foot). For me, the shoe was snug all over (again, it was the wrong size), but when I was walking, I was thinking about the intended purpose of the shoe as a rain bootie. The tightness at the top would help keep water out, so I thought that was fine. Until I got back to my house and tried to climb the stairs and I wasn't able to flex my foot. I laughed. So... These didn't work for me, but they are cute. They are light weight. They kept my feet dry. They probably would have worked for long walks if they were the correct size. The bootie would have been better for me if they had gussets -- if you have a narrow foot and slim ankles - buy your regular size. If you have a regular width foot or not-so-slim ankles, you will probably be happier if you upsize. (This inside width of the booties feels true to width, but the ankle feels narrow to pass the foot through.)

I loved these boots and wore them pretty much everyday for the past two months for working in the garden. Unfortunately, the rubber on the uppers of both boots cracked and they are no longer waterproof. I am extremely disappointed. These boots were super comfortable and cute and I was looking forward to using them all summer!

Very nice boot, but I couldn't get it on without using a shoe horn. What if I was out and about and needed to take the boot off to adjust a wrinkle in my sock? I'd have to carry a shoe horn with me at all times and I'm not willing to do that. The boot does not have a stretchy gusset as many boots do have that would make it easier to put on. Sad to say, I need to return them.

In the world of show horses style and function are always extremly important. These Bog Flora Booties kept me stylish all day long. These boots are cute! Paired with skinny jeans they were totally photo ready. They are great for keeping water out and functioned just as expected. The only drawback with these is there were a little tough to pull on - once on they were comfortable. They are getting better and they are so cute I will spend the extra 25 seconds to get them on.

I wear a 7m usually and that's what I ordered. Unlike other reviewers, I don't have trouble pulling this on and don't need a shoe horn. That's not to say it's like a slip-on, it's not. But by holding and pulling back on the finger tab while starting to insert my foot, it slides right on. It's really cute and very comfy. I volunteer at a rescue org and clean kennels several times a week. It's pretty wet when doing and my feet were getting soaked, thus I got these and they work great. There's enough room in them I'll be able to wear some wool socks when the weather turns colder.

I love the Bogs Flora Bootie! They fit true to size, are lightweight, and were comfortable all day. They look great with jeans or leggings! I was concerned the boot would rub on my ankles and right above the heel but had no issues even with bootie socks.

The bogs flora booties have an improved fit over the last pair of bogs booties I had. Where the top of the boot hits your ankle is so much more comfortable! It has a great fit because it molds to your ankle and doesn’t Rub like the old pair.

Hard as heck to get into. Its like trying to put on a rubber glove with wet hands a struggle. Super cute and comfy when you do finally get em on.

These black Flora booties from Bogs are cute, but almost impossible to get on. Even with the little tab on the back, they're just too tight to go on easily and they feel a bit snug around the ankle once on. I have another pair of Bogs in a size 9 with elastic in the ankle, and I think that makes all the difference for getting them on. This pair is also runs bit shorter than my other Bogs, and I wish had just a smidge more wiggle room in the toe. Otherwise, the boot itself is really cute—a nice matte black with the slightest hint of texture (vs a totally smooth rubber) and very comfortable (once you get them on : ). The same great quality as my other Bogs, just not the perfect boot for me.

Great for walking the dog. They have great support so it feels similar to tennis shoes.

The most comfortable rain boots I’ve ever worn. Plus my teenagers even said they are cute!
