I really like the Metcons for working out but, just like any other shoe from Nike, it's a crap-shoot as to what the true size is going to be. I have found that a size 13 for Nike is different for every pair of shoes, even if they are the same style. That being said, these shoes that I ordered from Zappos work out just fine.
