The first time I tried the shoes on I thought "uh oh, these are too small". But I wore them around the house for an hour or so and although they felt pretty tight I decided to keep them. The next time I wore them with a thin sock and went grocery shopping. To my surprise they went on easier and felt roomier than the first time. The time I wore a little thicker sock and did some shopping, they were great. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I have purchased a Vionic shoe and I have never been disappointed. The arch support is perfect. I am a Berkinstock person and as much as I love Berkinstock my Vionic shoes/sandals are much more comfortable.

I really wanted to love these shoes and I did BUT the elastic at the back seemed to shove my foot forward in the shoe. Even though I ordered the correct size, they ended up being too short because of the back of the shoe pushing my foot forward. The width was good. I returned.

Very happy with this purchase! I have wide feet, they fit perfect. Purchased for a vacation to Disney (walked around 10 miles a day). They were very comfortable right out of the box and I had no problems throughout our trip. Highly recommend!!

I ordered wide, which is usually good- but these were way too narrow. I could barely get my foot in. When I did, it hung over the footbed. I love Vionic but I guess I’ll have to stick to the flip flops.

I was so happy to receive these shoes! Overall fit was good. Though as minutes passed, the elastic band around my instep felt too snug and without any give. Even in wide width. Disappointingly I returned the shoes.

Loved this sneaker....but sadly I could not keep it. Material was great, super light, attractive and I wish I could of worn them but I could not. I have high arches and the tongue area (above arch and around angle) was to tight. It is elastic (around the ankle) with no adjustments. With my high arch it was so tight it would dig into my ankle and top of foot after having them on for 5 minutes. If I could have adjusted the elastic it would have worked but sadly it did not have an adjustment. The laces are for show only (or to make it tighter).

I have many Vionic shoes- flip flops and sneakers. Sadly, this is the first pair I didn't like. As other reviewers stated, they do run small. I'm usually 8 1/2 and I size down for the flip flops, I figured I'd be fine in the 8 1/2. The shoe runs a little short and there is not as much support as in others. For the money, the shoe should have the support that you pay for that we are used to by Vionic. It is however, stylish, but there are other brands half the price that provide style with more support than this shoe offers.

These are not for cross training. Try mountain climbers and your feet come right out- no matter how tight you make them. Heel slips badly despite the length being the right size.

I'm only 27 and I hated the idea of having "old lady shoes" but these are so cute and so much better for my feet! LOVE THEM!

Love these shoes! I am a teacher so I am on my feet most of the day, these shoes have great support and my feet don't kill me after a day of walking around on hard cement floors. Will be buying again for sure!

I love these sneakers, and I kept them because they were immediately comfortable. What I didn't pay attention to in my excitement was the fact that they were a bit short in length and my toe is right up against the end in my normal size. I figured they'd stretch. I was wrong! While I happily wear them, I keep wishing I'd tried one size up from my usual. If I buy another color, which I might because they are great for my achy heels, I'll go up a half size.

Best sneakers EVER! Extremely comfortable, light weight, great arch support and great style. They feel like slippers but with more support.

They were a little short but very comfortable and great support. I would order them a half size bigger next time

I usually wear 8 1/2 in regular shoes, 9 or 9 1/2 in tennis shoes. Since 9 1/2 were out of stock I decided to try a 9. It fits perfect and feels wonderful. This is only the second brand of tennis shoe that I have found that has enough arch support for me, love them!

Nice shoe, pretty darn comfortable.

I have previously ordered sandals from Vionic at my usual size. I had to exchange these for a half size up. The inward slope of the back heel tended to push my foot forward in the shoe which caused my toe to hit the end of the shoe. The next size felt as great. the arch support and medium width are perfect for my feet. My husband even complimented me on the style!

So I have wide feet, high arches (need a lot of arch support) and tendinitis in my ankle. God, I sound like my Aunt Kitty. Anyway, these completely fit the bill. They're not the most stylish shoes in the world, but I was looking for comfortable black flats I could wear to work in a business/casual environment and these work.

Not enough arch support.

I really like Vionic shoes and typically fit true to size. However, these shoes seem to run small and narrow. They look like they have ample room in the toe box, but were too narrow.

I have so many great Vionic shoes and decided to try a pair of the athletic shoes. The shoe was cute and lighter weight but the arch support was nothing close to my Brooks. But the worst part was how tight it was around the ankle. Going back.

This is the most perfect shoe ever. I've now bought my 3rd pair. I love that you can slide into them and the heel lies flat. I love that I can walk in them all day and my feet never hurt. I love that they look great! I've just bought a pair of boots by Vionic. If they are as comfy I may never buy another brand again.

I wear a size 9M in Vionic Tide II flip flops but I bought the Alaina in a 9.5W as the toe box was too slim and the length was too snug. The 9.5W fits great.

Great looking shoe. Perfect fit.
