IF you want really light shapewear, than this is for you. No support and I could barely tell it was on, more like a slip. Returned it because it was not what I was looking for.

Not at all what I was looking for. I wanted an easy fit layer that would flow on my skin and whatever dress I was wearing also . The XL is probably best for size 10-12. It was very tight on me and the fabric felt a bit rubbery to me. It seemed like it would make one sweat. I returned and went on the hunt for something more suitable.
