This is my second pair of these shoes. My first pair was in black, which I absolutely loved for style, comfort and fit, so I ordered a pair in the nude color. The shoe is exactly the same in quality, however, I accidentally ordered a wide width instead of average, so the second pair is indeed too wide. However, with Zappos amazing customer service and speedy delivery, I will exchange the shoes for the width I need. Overall, they do not look cheap and are a real bargain at the reduced price. The heel is secure enough for me to walk without losing my balance and making me feel ridiculous. The toe is enough that my foot doesn’t slip out of the top. Not a great amount of arch support, but enough to wear the shoes for a few hours for a wedding, church service, black tie event, etc. Overall, a great shoe that is stylish enough to look good while comfortable enough to feel good on the feet!

I loved everything about this shoe EXCEPT that it hit my bunion in exactly the wrong place. If the topline were just 1/4" shorter or longer (higher or lower?) I would have kept them and, I'm confident, worn them comfortably.

Surprisingly comfortable. The heel is very sturdy. They don’t look overly plasticky or cheap.

Beautiful shoe and seemed like they’d be comfortable for `standard’ feet. I usually wear an 8.5 in closed shoes, and these felt true to length. My feet are a hard to fit - these were slightly tight across the wide front of my foot and too wide for my narrow heel; I walked right out of them. Returned.

Loved the style but a tad too tight and the middle of the shoes bends slightly when taking a step.

They fit really well and hugged my foot in all the right places, but they were super uncomfortable. I'm a weenie and don't wear heels much but I didn't feel like there was any arch support and my toes felt squished due to the end being more pointy. I wear an 8 and the 7 1/2 fit slightly better. The shoes felt really stiff and like they weren't going to break in well.

Really wish the toe box was a bit wider. Ordered the 8W size (usually wear 8M but closed toes need wider) and still too narrow at toes but rest of shoe fit true. The soles were very comfy and the style is classy. Had to return. They don’t come in anything wider than W.

My feet are difficult to shop for with very high arches with a wide ball and more narrow heel. These fit nicely but didn't contour to my arch/provide as much support as I would like for a shoe of this price.

I had to return these. The left shoe fit perfectly; the right shoe pinched immediately in the toe box, and didn't get any better. And this was first thing in the morning, before I had been on my feet all day.

They are very comfortable, perfect to wear to my grandson's wedding.

Purchased these for my 82 yr old mother in law. It was exactly what she was looking for. Navy low heel. She says she's worn them to church and they fit true to her size 8 narrow foot even though these are regular width. She is pleased with price and quality, and I think they look nice too!

I love these shoes because they fit the needs for my weird feet. For context, my shoe size is technically 10.5 but because they are so wide, I usually have to order size 11 shoes to ensure a comfortable fit. This sometimes backfires because either the shoes will generally be too big or won’t fit correctly in the toe area. However, with these shoes, the size 11 fits perfectly. They are comfortable and are a great height. The only thing I will say is that like other reviewers have mentioned, there is not any real arch support. So while these are great for general office wear, I would not wear them on your commute to work or any situation where you are standing/walking for extended periods of time.

Thought these shoes looked lovely for a wedding that i was attending... Sadly the 10 was too big and the 9.5 too small.

Finally, I found a pair of 8.5 in the Taupe / Nude / Beige / Natural that fit. I usually have worn a size 9 at about 140-142 pounds. Weighing in at my older weight of about 132-135 now. The five pounds seems to make a difference in shoe size. I was despairing about the idea of having to go to a size 8 and having to order a fifth time. These are beautiful and will work! Nice, comfortable shoe. It felt slightly wide on my feet, so I returned it.
