I ordered 8N which fits me . There isn't much arch support or much sole under the ball of my foot BUT ... they are comfortable enough to wear but wouldn't use them for excessive walking . I liked the look of the shoe on me so its a keeper . If you need more support this shoe may not work for you.

Really cute in the pewter color. On trend right now, good for the price. If you have severe foot issues this may not be the shoe for you. There is a tiny bit of arch support and mild cushioning for sensitive heels. I wear a 9 M and needed a 9.5 M in these. Their sneakers seem to run smaller than sandals in this brand.

Comfortable, and light weight.

First of all, I LOVE my new shoes - color, comfort, style. But they are not 100% perfect construction - specifically the stiching and glueing - just not enough to get me to return them. Noone else will ever notice.

WOW..thanks sooo much, Zappos! I have a bunion on my left food & need a wide width...also, a shoe to accommodate an orthotic... can never find in a retail store something that will fit. I am usually 7 W but, this Easy Spirit 7W was too narrow??!!! So I ordered several different sizes/widths..at las,t the 7WW is the perfect fit for me!!!! You charge more for your shoes but, you are so patient in sending multiple sizes..widths with no shipping cost.....you are the only way I would have been able to get this shoe!!! Thanks so much. KBC

I bought 6W for my slightly wide, high volume (high arch and high instep) feet. Often wide shoes are too wide for me, especially around the heel but these fit great. I would be very surprised if they fit a true D width foot despite that being the way the width is labeled. I bough the black and the shoe is surprisingly sleek looking for a comfort sneaker. The arch support is there, but it is soft but, that should not be a problem for anyone because the insole is removable and replaceable with something more suitable for individual needs. I am very pleased.

My mother wanted a pair of red shoes for Christmas. I ordered 3 pair and had to return all of them. This pair was PERFECT! My mom lives the color and the fit.

I ordered a 9W...fits perfect. Love the red and they are also light weight.

These are comfortable shoes and I have had complements on them. I needed a 10 1/2 But they only had 10 0r 11 at time I ordered them. I ended up keeping the 11. My right foot is smaller so I put tissue paper in the front of the right shoe to make it fit and have had no problem with them. I also need extra arch support in all my shoes and they fit perfectly. I need shoes right away and am glad I got these I got them in dark gray and taupe. They are very stylish and I love the colors. My foot is wide from not wearing shoes for 66 years except as I had to. I can always find wide shoes at Zappos which in shoe stores are hard to find.

I ordered these in narrow although usually get medium in other shoes. Because they were so reasonable I got them in 8 N and 8 1/2N. My left foot is half size smaller than my right so I got the idea of keeping left in 8 and right in81/2! Perfect fit for both feet. Because price was so reasonable I was able to have both pair. Now have 2 pair perfect fitting shoes.

These met a temporary need but I cannot recommend for a regular shoe purchase as the quality is not great. I injured the peroneal tendon on my foot and the pain along the outer side of my foot was excruciating when I wore anything other than athletic shoes. I needed a pair of casual shoes that were not gear for an upcoming trip involving walking so I ordered several styles and these are the ones I kept. They are extremely lightweight, the removable insole is very cushioned and the nubuck upper is foam-backed. I usually need pretty aggressive arch support and these shoes do not have that, but they felt sufficiently supportive that I could walk surprisingly long distances with the injury. I bought the black nubuck with the white sole. I was worried that the sole would get grubby but it held up surprisingly well and stayed bright. It was the upper that was disappointing as it looked a bit worse for wear after a week of city walking despite having applied a protector spray, and cleaning with my nubuck brush did little.

I color wasn't what I expected.

Good looking shoe and the Gold color seems to be quite neutral. They were comfortable, too warm, and high at the counter, pushing into my ankle bone. The 8W was a little too long and caused me to trip while walking. They smell bad. Wish that they had worked since I have been looking for something like this. Thanks Zappos, for all you do, to make shopping and returning so easy.

Was glad to find these as it is difficult to find casual shoes in narrow ( although these are not narrow enough to wear without socks)). They are comfortable - would like more arch support. Well made, nice materials. Wish they looked cuter, but pretty impossible for a 11 to look cute. Got these in 11 N because there was no 10 1/2 - I feel they fit like a 10 1/2. Very good price!

I wear a 91/2 or 10 in a AA. In this shoe, I ordered a 10A. They arrived with typical Zappos dependable speed today after ordering yesterday. I tried them on and am still wearing them 5 hours later. They are comfortable, fit well, and the color is a nice neutral. Some reviewers complained about them being stiff, but I don't find that to be an issue. As I tell friends, without Zappos I would be barefoot.

I love a lightweight shoe, this is perfect. I don't usually wear a double wide shoe, but I liked the style so tried the wider, it perfect for the socks I plan to wear. Light hiking/travel use

I wear a narrow size, so my choices are limited. Even though the fit is good, these shoes are not particularly comfortable.

Aside from a good looking well made shoe, I am disappointed that they slipped in the heel area especially and just felt too wide. I tightened the laces almost all the way and they still felt uncomfortable. Love the color...pewter. Sad but true, I must return these and stick with the API Easy Spirit that always fit perfectly. I wish Zappos carried them in more colors so when I want a shoe in a color other than black or white, I will shop on line at the Easy Spirit site. Again, the service provided by Zappos cannot be beat. The customer service personnel are friendly and very informed regarding the products. Thank you for providing such a great place to shop and when necessary, return items with ease.....

These are flexible and comfy except for the toe box. It's much too shallow and my toes are hitting the top of the shoe just standing still. Too bad, because I love the way they look, especially that muted red, and I wanted to keep them! Can't deal with uncomfortable shoes, though...returning these.

A cute shoe but not for my narrow heel. I liked the fact that they were not big and clunky looking.

They are a bit stiff, so not cushy and comfortable right out of the box. But they are a good fit and look really cute - they make my big feet look small and proportional. So I'm keeping them!

I really wanted these shoes to work - they're stylish but subtle. Unfortunately, the back of the shoe rubbed against my heels so badly I couldn't last a day in the office with them. The back of the shoes rubbed so much they pushed my ankle socks down and rubbed against my skin.

These fit a bit larger than my size 8. I feel that Easy Spirit is generally not a good fit for my foot. The sole is very thick and white. I didn't care for them. I am returning them.

I have a problem with hammertoes on both feet, and the shoe was uncomfortable, especially on my left foot. The style was great, but I had to return them.
