It pays not to listen to other reviews at times. I avoided purchasing these until I had exhausted every ballet flat out there. Sorry Zappos for all the returns. They fit like a glove. Perfect support and cushioning. I can actually feel it lift my arch. No pain on bunions or at heel. I have a 15 year old pair of Cole Haan ballet flats (Nike back then) and these will be the replacement pair. These will be amazing for travel. They look good with both jeans and dresses.I knew I could trust Cole Haan to come through. I just had to find the right pair, right size and be my own judge

These seem like really nice shoes, only worn once but very comfortable. Compared to the zero grand oxfords (similar materials) they run a slight bit smaller, maybe not quite a half a size but my toes are near the ends. Otherwise they are great.

The sizing did not work for me at all In this Style. I am between a 6 and 6 1/2. My husband bought me the 6 1/2-way too big. Then I ordered the 6; my feet still kept slipping out at the heel. Loved the style so much in the Orangey red color, made a 3rd attempt and got the 5 1/2. Too snug - my toes feel squished. Keeping them but don’t wear them as often as I would like...

Updating my review if possible. Wore these a week at home to make sure they were good for travel. Once we arrived, I wore the for about 3 hours while touring. That was it. The back of the left foot dug badly into my heel. I think it's hitting a pressure point on my tendon. I tried to wear them again, but couldn't tolerate the pain for longer than 2 minutes. Extremely disappointed in these shoes. I read a few reviews regarding this but when I wore them for the first week at home I felt I was lucky. Now, I see the problem starts later on. What a shame.

This shoe is really cute, and I want to love it, but the backs dig into my heels and cause blisters. If I had not worn them out of the house I would have returned them.

I was very disappointed in the fit of these shoes. Cole Haan used to always be true to size and now, who knows. These shoes are very cute and the sole is very comfortable. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. They are slightly too short and like others I think that the 1/2 size larger would be too big. The cut of the heel make them dig into the tendon there, especially on my left foot. I couldn't even walk around my living room before the left tendon began to really hurt. There is no way I would be able to wear these shoes for anymore than a couple of minutes. It is for that reason I am sending them back and not exchanging for a larger size.

Before I talk about the shoe I must say this...Ladies PLEASE (!!!!) put the shoes you are going to return back in the shoe box as you received them!!! Respect the next customer who may be getting those shoes you are returning!!!! This shoe came without the stuffing and the shoes were laying on top of the other not on their side. The bottom shoe was being totally crushed by the other. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE RECEIVED SHOES CARELESSLY PLACED IN THE BOX!!! Shame on the careless customer who had this shoe previously. Return the shoes as you hope other Zappos customers would return the shoes you are ordering to try on!!! Ok, my rant is over..on to this shoe review...Yes!! A 10.5!!! But did they feel like a 10! So sad. They were very, very tight in the toe area. Heel was good. The shoe did not slip. They did not have a lot of cushion. The light grey color with slight pink by the rubber bottom was cute. But if my toes are squished, and even if it is the highly sought after 10.5, they still will need to go back.
