I had hoped this shoe would be the answer to finding the right shoe for me with my particular foot problems. HOWEVER, the shoe is ROCK HARD. I cannot imagine how you could call those inserts "cushioning" in ANY way. The shoes are heavy. Combining bad fit with the extreme hardness you are standing on and the heavy weight -- well, I was really badly surprised. These shoes are obviously NOT for me. Other people seem to like them, so this is only one person's reaction. I still need to figure out what shoe to try next. I may even go back to the first one I tried on, not being sure it will work -- knowing that if I wear it long enough to find out, it will be impossible to return it -- Stlll it may be the best bet -- Have a couple more options. This will be the last Drew shoe I ever try -- Good luck to everybody looking to solve shoe fitting problems. Thanks to Zappos for having the huge stock to choose from and the patience to let us identify the right fitting shoe. Believe me, once I find it, I"ll stick to it for a while.

I love these clogs and the cute details, however I picked the widest width they have (WW) thinking that it would be nice and roomy even with my thick, warm SmartWool socks but they’re actually too wide for me! I’m going to exchange for the W. I highly recommend these shoes especially if you have wide feet like me.

I have chronic plantar fasciitis and buying shoes is not as fun as other women seem to be having. These state the inner sole is replaceable, there are two, and the width was want I need so my toes can splay, so I clicked Add to Cart. When they arrived, (so quickly!) my first thought was these are really ugly shoes. They look like shoes a Druid would wear, I think. But I'm used to my shoes not being the prettiest, so onward. I tried them on without removing the inner sole, absolutely no arch support, but good width, sufficient toe splaying. I took out one sole, tried them on, then took out the other and my custom and expensive orthotic fit perfectly inside the shoe. I walked around the house and these wear like bedroom slippers. I decided to wear them to work the next day. As I got out of the car and began walking toward my building, I felt like I had stepped on something as my gait was off. When I looked down I noticed my incredibly expensive orthotic was slipping out of the left shoe, hanging out behind the heel! I readjusted, thought maybe I hadn't inserted them properly, my bad, and continued on. As I headed to the elevator, the orthotic was now slipping out from the side of the shoe and I almost tripped. I took off the shoe, headed for a near bench and again adjusted the orthotic, pushing it into the shoe as hard as I could. The other shoe was perfect, no issues. The entire freaking day that orthotic kept trying to escape out of the shoe, tripping me a few times, and at the end of the day I took the incredibly expensive orthotic out and wore the shoe without an inner sole. Yeah, my plantar fasciitis was on fire that evening. Maybe the shoe was defective but honestly I don't care. I returned them and hope to never see them again.

Surprisingly very comfortable. Worth the price. Stylish and good quality.

Rather drab looking brown shoe, very practical though and could have been good in a smaller size. Wear 8.5 w, but this was too big and slightly too wide. size I tried was 8 w

Much, much narrower than marked. Returned.

Nice looking clog. Wish it would have worked. I have "duck foot" (true EEEE at ball of foot & normal heel). These do not fit.
