After pair after pair of other running shoes, I was fitted for the Mizuno WaveKnit R2 and I could not be happier. 8 miles this morning and my feet, legs and shins feel amazing. Shoe fits true to size and no discomfort while running. I'm a happy runner again and cannot wait to break these shoes in more and possibly get another pair to alternate runs

Army veteran - with lots of injuries: lots of feet, leg and back pain. These have me out running after nearly 10 years of thinking I wouldn't run again. I really don't like taking them off; they correct my posture and actually relieve pain in normal day to day use. Not the best looking shoe in class - but what they may miss in style, they more than make up for in quality, comfort and fit. I enjoy the breathability of these - the lack of leather is a huge bonus. Well done Mizuno

These shoes were purchased for my teenage son as a birthday gift and to commemorate his first running of the Peachtree Road Race. He was ecstatic to receive them and immediately put them on. They were a great fit - true to size - and according to him, very comfortable. While he hasn't run in these yet, he's worn them several times and is completely satisfied with their fit and comfort. I'm sure they'd make great running shoes as well as Mizuno produces great products. These shoes will certainly be a keepsake for our son even if he grows out of them!

Online size calculator was accurate. Shows are light, comfortable. Put some miles on them already. Only downside could be the small toebox that others have mentioned, but kt was okay for me.

These are the most comfortable pair running shoes I've ever worn. Mizuno is my new brand from now on.

Super comfortable

use as running shoe. very good shoe. only issue I have is a bit narrow in mid-section of shoe. however it is the only shoe that I can wear that doesn't hurt my calluses to much. I have them on the outer side mid-foot of each foot.

Purchased as my everyday walking around shoes and I've loved them. Very comfortable and breathes well.

I can always count on Mizuno's. True to size and comfortable width for my fairly wide feet.

It has a firm enough cushion to not be too mushy and yet be soft enough for casual walking and comfort as well. This colorway really popped as well.
