I have been wearing these type of shoes (Ecco ) all my professional career they have been comfortable, sturdy, nonslip and very light. My new pair is just as comfortable as all my other pairs.

I purchased this shoe in black to replace my patent leather uniform shoes that cracked and failed miserably. I am a fan of Ecco shoes other than their european sizing. As I unboxed the shoe I noticed right away that the quality is spot on. The calf leather is soft and smooth with nice shine. The shoe looks good with almost any pant, including jeans. As I tried on the shoe, it was comfortable right out of the box. I don't wear dress shoes often because I usually don't find them very comfortable. Not so with this shoe. The toe style was a bit more pointed than I expected making the shoe feel long on my foot, but I like the look. The shoe is longer than most of my others. I have quite a bit of room from the tip of my toe to the end of the shoe. I don't know if that's by design for the toe box, but it didn't seem to affect the fit when I walked. I wore the shoe around the house for a bit and it feels very natural. So far, I'm happy with the shoe.

Very comfortable for business casual or suits. I normally wear a size 40 in Ecco dress shoes but downsize to size 39 and fits perfect.

Love these! I have a few pair of the Vitrus IIs - Ecco has always made nice shoes but these are definitely another step up in quality. I am on my feet quite a bit for work and these shoes are comfortable all day. They work with jeans as well.

Great shoe as always after I re-ordered the next size down. Normal size for a slip on was a size too big.

I'm a big fan of Ecco shoes. I know that they cost more and are seldom discounted, but I feel that they are worth it. I'm usually a size 9/9.5 but size 43 was too big. Size 42 fits just right. I purchased them to go with a new suit which I needed for a wedding. Luckily, no break in period is required because the leather is so soft.

would've bought these shoes, even though they're just on the edge of dressy enough, because they're so damn comfortable. Didnt buy though because the color and distressing/darkened toe and heel are not attractive IMO.

The heel support cuts down just a bit too low and so my foot slips in and out just a bit. I’m hoping over time the sole will colllapse a bit and the shoe won’t cause any rubbing on the heel.

Felt "clunky" on my foot. I experienced heel slippage, given the shoe was ill-fitting around the ankle. However, my foot appeared to fit lengthwise.

I usually love ECCO shoes - I currently wear the Holton's and I am considering the Helsinki's in brown. ECCO's provide stability while still looking great. However, I found these shoes impossible to walk in. They feel great, but the moment I began to move I couldn't flex my foot as desired, causing my heel to slide in and out of the shoe. Perhaps I would need to break them in, or they're for people with a different shaped foot? That said, if you're looking for something sturdy, this is for you!

I'm totally disappointed with these Ecco's. I've worn the same size in Ecco for years and these practically fall off my feet. So I tried a size smaller and they were way too tight. It's like the quality control went out the door with these. Also, these just feel cheaper than all the pairs I've worn in the past. I hate it but this might have been my last pair of Ecco's.

Second attempt to find a fit with this shoe. Shoe that arrived this last time did not fit and was almost 2 sizes larger than a comparable shoe according to US sizing
