This is a great sweater - very well designed with interior pockets, zippers on exterior pockets, thumb holes and a short but not too short length. For workout gear, it's got great style and versatility.

Me: 5'10" 145#, athletic build w/long arms and wide shoulders. Purchased size M. Shoulders fit well. Fit was a bit too roomy in the body. Sleeves were pretty narrow -- more like a sweater than a jacket. Fabric was wonderfully lightweight, but unfortunately I found it itchy (super sensitive skin).
