These shoes fit true to size. I'm normally a 7.5 in boots, and took my normal size in these. I love the heel height and thought these would be a sleeker version of a black suede knee high boot that I could wear with dresses. Unfortunately, there were 2 issues that caused me not to keep them -- first was that it was difficult with the design/quality of the zipper parts to get them to zip up without some time. The zipper tended to get stuck/caught. The other issue was that although they were snug enough around my calves told stay up, the fabric/suede around the ankles sagged and wasn't taut, and although this is not a problem in terms of function, I don't like the way this looks, and this isn't how the boots appear in the photo.

These are very classic boots. Easy to dress up in them. Nice fit around the calf, no gapping, due to elastic fit. Nice low heel makes it dressy but comfortable. Definitely recommend this one!
