I got 2 pairs of these for husband and myself. About the size, people recommended a size up, which I did, however it was not necessary. The size would've been perfect if I had got my normal size. As they are walking boots, double socks will resolve the issue. I am not exchanging as my size is not available anymore. I live in the country side, in a sheep farm, hills, rivers, fields. These boots are undoubtedly fit to purpose, they are so comfortable and have incredible ankle support without being tight, I don't feel my feet or ankle are squeezed. Grip is amazing. Quality - excellent material, sturdy and waterproof. The sole is well build, the sowing is perfect, you can't see it, there is a hook at the back of the ankle with room to use two fingers, laces don't slide and unlace), also great design. These are proper walking boots, I can't fault them! I recommend this product for people that are into long walks exploring uneven terrain, muddy ground and crossing wetlands

Great walking boot. waterproof and easy to clean. A real comfortable walk for miles, can wear normal or thick socks and lace up tight for great support. Look good out and about walking

Warm and comfortable for winter days. They make a long walk enjoyable by providing support. I really enjoyed wearing them.

I've done a few miles in these now and can honestly say that they're the best winter boots I've owned - great for wet and muddy hikes or as a general warm option. I'm very happy I bought them.

The Mrs loves these. The quality is phenomenal. They might be for hiking but are way better looking than a lot of offerings on the market. They run snug/true to size but bare in mind big socks if using them for walking and hiking like mine is.

I love the fact that you can add your initials on both shoes. But above all else, they are undoubtedly comfortable. Naturally a weather test will tell the truth ultimately, however I have very high hopes that these will last the test of time in durability.

I read other reviews to size up at least half a size and I'm glad I did, usually a 6 I got 6.5 and fits like a glove , it looks nice, was looking for a simple boot in black and this met my expectations. If you want to wear thick socks I recommend to go up 1 size

Bought for a holiday in Iceland where it's going to be wet, cold and lots of walking. Ideal.
