This shoe would be my go to pair of pumps if they didn't run smaller / narrower than marked. I ordered a half size up - we will see!

They fit so beautifully, and looked so nice on, that as soon as I got them and tried them on, I bought the brown pair, as well!

These are so beautiful both in the black and brown. Sadly I had to return them . The heel was just to high for me. I use to be able to do the height but with 1 knee needing a replacement and the other with a to meniscus just could be vain and endure the pain. Wish they would make same shoe with 1 in heel... they’re beautiful

I’m fairly critical when it comes to work pumps, as I am on my feet quite a bit and between crime scenes and court I need a shoe that can take a beating, that treats my foot well, and that looks professional. These did a pretty good job on all fronts! I originally ordered a half size up because of other reviews, so I had to return a too large pair and get my normal 8.5. The toe box was perfect- and the material is not stiff- there is some give- which is a plus (fellow triangle feet gals know what I mean!) The shoe’s appearance is a little more sporty pump than polished pump.

Reviews of this shoe described it as running small. I fluctuate between an 8.5 and a 9, so I ordered the 9. Way too long. I can not say too much about the amazing customer service (I called on Sunday night and they offered to pick them up from my house!) I received a new pair, size 8.5, and they fit perfectly. I wore them today and made it about 8 hours on my feet before any discomfort- which is pretty good. The sole is sturdy but not heavy, and the shoe is supple and flexible.

I really wanted to like these shoes but I am going to return them. I bought the brown (dachshund?) color and it's beautiful. I need comfortable heels because I end up getting such arch pain if I wear regular ones too long. This heel height is perfect and I was glad to find a comfort shoe that looked stylish and classy. The biggest problem with these, and why I'm returning them, is because they are so squeaky! I wanted them to wear to church (I work at home so I don't need heels for every day.) I knew that if I walked up to communion my shoes would be embarrassingly loud. That is such a weird and disappointing reason for needing to return a shoe, but it's the truth.

These are very cute, but not comfortable at all. I wore them to work and by the end of the day my feet were so sore I could hardly walk. There is no cushion at all on the footbed. Maybe my pair was old and “dried out”? I am used to Clarks and Sofft with a supportive, cushioned footbed, but these were hard as walking on the floor barefoot. I added a cushioned insert and heel pads so I hope it helps because I can’t return them.

Exactly the pump I wanted! A more sturdy pump with a stacked heel and rugged sole versus all the dressy ones I own. The bit of platform makes the heel feel not as high. These were very comfortable the first day except for the tops of my feet, but my tops are high and these shoes will adjust. As for sizing, I am always a 7. A bought the 7s and maaaaaybe on a cold day or with summer AC my feet would slip? I would just add a toe or heel pad. A 7 1/2 would have been huge. This kind of shoe looks great with ankle pants and more casual skirt / top combos.

These shoes are so cute, I wanted to love them. I ordered my regular size and they were huge! So I ordered a half size smaller, and still too big. Ordered a fill size smaller, and now they are too small/just feel weird. I guess just not a good fit for my feet. So sad! I wish there were other pumps/loafers/heels with a lug sole, that are a little more "sporty" looking (for lack of a better word). Thank goodness for Zappos amazing return policies!

I ordered these in a 6.5 and they were ENORMOUS. More than an inch and a half too long. I thought for sure they were miss marked so I had to send them back.

I wear 8.5 and this size is way too big for me. So I returned it.

I am so disappointed in the sizing of these shoes. I am reliably a size 5 1/2 or 6, and these, even with thick socks, were a 1/2 inch too long. The style and color was exactly what I wanted, but I have to return them because they were huge.
