Shoe offers little to no support and size runs small. Literally feels worse than walking barefoot. The canvas fabric of the shoe body is like cardboard. Wish I hadn't thrown out the packaging so I could return them. Will probably donate to goodwill. Do not recommend.

I loved the shoe, you just sent me the wrong size.

I would have liked to have been able to review this, but we did not receive our shoes after exchanging for a different size (they ran a little small) have reached out to customer service 3 times now and have yet to get a response. I know there can be issues with shipping, etc., but to not receive any response is disappointing.

I received the shoes on the tag it displayed a size 14 but inside the shoe they were actually size 12. When I reached out to customer service I was given an automated response via email. So I tried to return/exchange but the pair I initially picked were sold out. I was really disappointed with my experience all around.

To small for husband sent back and reordered but never got

I had the worst customer care service. I only received 2/3 shoes I ordered and the company would not help me because the shoe was on sale. I could of simply got store credit but they did not make that possible.

I never received my order. Do not by from them. No order no refund.

Shoes had the incorrect size listed in them in the US size. All other sizes listed indicated the shoe was a size 10. US Size indicated a 9, which was incorrect. Shoes were in fact a size 10. I did a return hoping that it was just the 1 pair. Received the second pair and it was the same. I reached out to address the issue and was told that I could get a refund. I got the shoes on a deal and could not replace the shoes fr the refund price.

These are not comfortable at all there is no comfort in the sole ,if you wear these for anytime your feet will hurt

Shoes were supposed to be on sale. Hey Dude charged me >$60.00 at completion of transaction, didnt take off sale amount. I tried to cancel immediately, no reply from Hey Dude. A couple of days later I was charged another $12.00. I emailed customer support several times over two weeks and never received a reply. I went online to read reviews, and apparently this common practice for Hey Dude. I was charged around $75.00 for a very poor quality shoe.

Trying to return them as they are too small! Customer service a joke, tried to cancel the order 15 minutes after I ordered and was told they already shipped ! What a joke

On my order, 2 pair of shoes, I was sent not 1 but 2 identical pairs of these wally funk etno grey men's shoes. I was out of state when i ordered shoes and been trying desperately for weeks to return them. Return tells me past "30 days" so am I stuck with something I can't wear? Been trying customer service but no help!

I loved mine so much that I wore them almost daily. The soles wore out within a few months. They weren't completely flat, but they became incredibly slippery. So much so that I took a knee to the step coming into our house from the garage. The shoe slipped and my foot slid off the step and my knee met the wood... pain for days! The shoes were disposed of immediately. They look great, but they're not worth the cost of living with these shoes. They won't be replaced with another pair.

I never received this purchase.

I paid for two pair of 2 pair of shoes I only received one eye contact customer service, and received no response. You obviously don't care about your customers. I will never buy another pair of shoes from you guys..

Had questions on a return, impossible to try to get a person to help

I've reached out twice to customer service I have not received the shoes in the mail - it has been over a month since I ordered them.

Build quality is trash. First time I wrote them they started to fall apart. Threads everywhere. This is my third pair and the only one that's done that.

I tried to order 2 pairs of the 2 for $69 and when I went to check out, my total was over $100! WHAT?!

This Company is Horrible. I know you wont Post this Honest Review!! They sent me a sale email and didn't honor it. They don't have a phone# to call you either text them or email them. After I proved the sale didn't say what was or wasn't excluded. Alls they keep saying is just return the shoes. Why not let exchange the 1 shoes that wasn't included in the sale and send me a show that was and just adjust the pricing. Sense you did have what was included or excluded in the Sale. They said No!! Even after proving them wrong and I was right. They Don't Care About Customer Service!! Horrible Company Don't Buy From Them!!
