I have had these boots for over a year and no other boots I have owned even compare. They are light, soft, and flexible. There was almost no break-in period for these when I got them. My feet are never fatigued after a 10-12 hour shift.

Zappos lists the width of these boots as 4E. Wolverine, makes very few 4E boots, this is not one of them. This boot says EW, which is a 2E, according to Wolverine. I got these boots a size bigger to accommodate my crooked toes and feet. Why does Zappos list these as 4E, when they clearly are not. Except for the width issue, these are great boots!

Boot is a little narrow at the pocket and I can barely get by with medium weight socks. Arch support is moderate and I needed to add inserts to get the necessary amount of arch support. Too little arch support is hard on the feet if spending any amount of time on hard surfaces. The lacing is great as it allows me to adjust the tightness of the toe area very easily and this was a key factor in choosing these boots over others.

Overall, these are wonderful boots. My problem is with Zappos! Wolverine says that their XW (xtra wide) is a 2E. Zappos, on their site, says it is a 4E. I have worn Wolverines for over 25 years and love them! Just keep in mind that when Zappos says 4E, it is actually a 2E (Wolverine).

These boots look and fit great! They feel like gym shoes. Even though they have safety toes, they don't look like it. Love the brown leather, that will lighten up in spots over time and look well worn.

The fit and size is what I have to order because my feet are misshapen, due to injuries over the years. Zappos, lists a lot of Wolverine boots in a 4E width, which the factory says is an EW/2E. The actually make very few 4E widths. Other than that, the boots are great! Very comfortable! One thing though, I wish Zappos carried Hytest Footrest Rest boots. They are also owned by Wolverine. They have a giant toe box.
