I was wary of ordering these Karos based on the other 3 reviews. I have medium to narrow feet with narrow heels and high arches and I was concerned that my heels would pick up if the shoes were too wide there. Many Koru line shoes are too wide for me, but these are not. The heel on my shorter foot picks up a little, but not much. The shoe covers so much of my feet that they stay in place well and don't slide around. The width is good in my usual Naot size, 41, for my 9.5 feet. I always buy 41s in Naots to get adequate length; 40s are always too short. They fit well, almost snugly, but not quite. My toes have plenty of room -- yay! The shoes are kind of plain looking, but I wanted an all-purpose slip- on -- and these will be them. I love slip-ons for every day wear and now I have them. The two tone blue is subtle, but in bright light will show nicely. I wish they came in gray, but navy is good too.

Naot is my favorite brand of shoe. This shoe is very nice looking; sleek and gives that put-together look. I think it would be an excellent shoe for most, but for some reason, once I got it on, my foot around the top and ankle area was kind floating around in there. The shoe wasn't snug enough, so I felt slippage when I walked. I did not have a sock on. If I had socks on it would've felt about right, I think. I do have a very narrow "last" - the part of the heel that is in the back just as your heel ends and your ankle area begins. Unless you have this same problem, you should try them.

This shoe in my normal size 7W feels like it was custom made for my feet. I can't remember the last time I bought a pair of shoes that fit this well. I plan to buy the other two colors. I have been wearing without socks. When I put a thin sock in, it's just a tad too tight on my foot that has a bunion. Probably would be fine for people with "normal" feet. I'll have to find something that is almost as thin as a nylon. The style is ok, not a 10 for me, but they are a very well made shoe with nice leather insides instead of fabric.

I liked this shoe very much, but 41 was too large, and Zappo's does not have the 40 in stock. Too bad, need to return it.

After hearing so much about how wonderful Naot shoes are I finally decided to dive in and try some out. I wanted to like them so much, and this was the first pair I tried. I have remarkably flat feet and these did not offer the arch support I was looking for. I also have very narrow ankles and these gaped away from my foot/ankle at the top of the shoe. I could put two fingers between the top of my foot and the shoe. Other than a poor fit for anyone flat footed with narrow ankles, these seem to be very well made and the general style was as I expected. I ordered a 39 (8) and the length felt right on. There were not marked narrow, but they felt comfortably snug on my narrow foot.

These shoes are super comfy! I have dealt with plantar fasciitis in the past and use orthotics in my sneakers for arch support, but these are so comfy I don't need to wear orthotics in them.

I didn't think I could like any shoes better than the Naot Miro & regretted only buying two pairs, but these might even surpass the Miros (which are very similar). I love the polar seas blue & I feel better walking in them than sneakers. They're great!

Everything perfect about this beautiful and comfy shoe! However, the first pair I received had a slight defect.....the tongue on left shoe seemed a bit too wide for the space allotted for it, which caused the “wings” of the split front to remain flared out when on foot. I returned them and got another pair in same size and color and love them. Zappos is sooooo great to deal with!

Stars are for the shoe itself. Well made; attractive; good for jeans or tailored pants. But didn't fit me. I have a wide foot, but I can usually wear medium width ins shoes with wide or round toe boxes. Not theses, however.

I needed a pair of low boots or shoes to wear during fall and winter. The toffee/walnut happened to be on sale in size 11. I normally wear 10 1/2, but thought I would give them a try for the price. Perfect with socks. Comfortable too. I will be getting my use out of these shoes during the cold Ohio winter. A real score for the sale price.

Give them a really good tryout right away; the fit won't get better if it's not right for you. Should have returned them right away. Seemed snug but I thought I was just trying them on too late in the day and my feet were at their largest; nope tried them again properly walking around the house and they really are too small. (Thank goodness for Zappos being so great about returns!) Nice looking and well-crafted shoe, but I'm going back to my Aravons.

I loved the shoe but they are just too wide in the ankle area. I expect to wear them without having the heel slip. Sending them back.

This shoe is super cute, looks good on my feet & the Ink Blue color is lovely. I'd really would love to keep it, but after wearing it around my home I think there is just a little too much movement of my feet in this shoe.

The first pair I received seemed defective so I exchanged them for a second pair which looked fine. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit right. The left shoe felt great... comfortable, wide enough, very comfortable to walk in .... but the right shoe seemed smaller... was very tight, and I felt something under my toes that was annoying. I don't know whether the footbed/insole didn't fit my foot correctly or what. I was so disappointed but I had to return them.

The shoe was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was to narrow to accommodate socks beyond, perhaps, very thin socks.

the fit of these shoes was perfect and what I expect from this line of Naot shoes. HOWEVER...it seems the foot bed either doesn't fit or doesn't sit correctly in the heel and there was a clicking as I walked. I believe this is what the other reviews were referring to when they said the heel had issues. Too bad, super comfy, but that clicking noise...no good.

First off, I am not able to submit this review without weighing in with stars, even though none of the options I'm forced to choose between are apt. So I gave one star across the board and said that the shoes felt half a size large, felt narrower than marked, and offered no arch support. Ideally, these responses would be discounted from the averages. Here's the truth: while I sometimes do return Naots for not-a-fit, the ones I keep are a great fit, with excellent arch support. I wear a 35, or a child's 3; US 5s are virtually always too long and narrow for me; Naot 35s are often a great fit and I own several pair. But had to send these back. Slipping a bit at the heel and also a little tight across the widest part of my foot, which is shaped like a little boy's, practically a rectangle, so I always appreciate the room in Naots. I have no idea about the arch support of these because once (immediately) I saw the were a bit too long, I took them off and didn't pay attention to anything else: these did not fit.

I really loved the look of this shoe. I was very disappointed when I tried it on, however, the heel is very wide and my foot slipped up and down. It also squeaked when I walked on tile or wood floors.
