Amazing shoes, the pictures don’t even do them justice. I bought these for my wife and a matching toddler pair for my 2 year old daughter. They wear them all the time. My wife typically wears a size 7 in women’s, so I bought a 5 in the big kids and they fit perfectly.

I have been a fan of adidas Superstar shelltoe shoes ever since I got my first pair in the 90s. It's almost as if they were designed specifically for my feet. They're comfortable and last forever! The pair I just replaced was over 12 years old and still in pretty great shape. I'm a grown woman, but I do love flashy shoes. However, the colors in the women's sizes aren't quite as cool. Luckily for me, in looking at sizing charts, I found that my usual size, 8.5, is almost identical to a men's 7 and big kid size 6.5, so I decided to give these big kid shoes a try. They seem slightly narrower than the women's size in the toe box, but minimally. The quality isn't quite as nice as my more expensive adult shoes, but it's hardly noticeable. I think the most noticeable thing (aside from the cool stripes) is the shoelaces are a bit thinner, but I actually prefer that. The stripes are really cool. They change color, depending on the lighting and surroundings, so sometimes they look silver, other times blue, or pink or purple or a combination of all of those. I get compliments every time I wear them. They're comfortable so I can wear them all day and my feet feel great. Something I have noticed in the 3 pairs of Superstars I've purchased recently is that they seem to have less arch support than my previous pairs. I bought pairs in womens, mens and big kid sizes and they all have a nearly identical insole. Maybe the previous one was too arched for customers. My podiatrist has instructed me to wear insoles with all my shoes, so that alleviates the reduction in arch support that I was used to. I absolutely love these shoes and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to look and feel like a Superstar!

Sizing seems to be off by one full size maybe b/c they are kids shoes? Daughter is a 7 and the 6 is what fit her best. She loves them and loves the metallic stripes.

Got this for my 8 y.o. Daughter who is really picky and she says they are light, comfortable and beautiful! She is happy and I love them too!

These tend to run slightly large. We opted to exchange them for a half size smaller. Daughter loves them.

We bought two sneakers to compare. these were so nice and the metallc stripes are a very nice touch for a 10 yr old girls. however she opted for the velcro sneakers, wish the velcro version came in sizes over 3.5.however they seem super durable with the protected toe.

My 12-year-old insisted on Adidas sneakers (the "in" brand for her summer camp) - and when she saw these she fell in love! The sneakers are as beautiful in real life as they are in the photos. However- these RUN BIG! Do order a size down. She was swimming in them, but we made them work for now.

These are so cool how the stripe is is like a hologram... in some lights it looks like blue, or silver, or metallic pink! My daughter was so excited to get her first pair of Adidas just like mommy, however they do seem to run about a half size big. We are keeping them though, because they are so cool looking and she’ll just grow right into them!
