The material of the bag is very hard. The straps only adjust to a certain point and feel uncomfortable, they do not adjust well.

Love this backpack as a mom. It fits exactly what I need for a day outing and allows my hands to be free for the kids! Plus side is my kids can use it too!

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a standard size back and mini backpack of a different brand but I needed a medium sized. This bag fits my water bottle and iPhone 10 in the side pockets and I have room on the inside for my denim jacket, key, wallet, sunglasses and other personal items. The material is beautiful (picante crosshatch) and is very well made.

This backpack is the perfect size. It comes with two pockets one keys, one for a cellphone pocket and it fits my iPad Air 2, my large wallet, keys, it has an adorable interior design with red and white stripes. I’ve been wanting this backpack for a year and it’s perfect in every way.

I love my little bag

This backpack is well made and I love the sparrow color. I haven't decided yet whether the small size will be sufficient, but perhaps I will use this as a lighter weight bag and order a second in a larger size. I was surprised at the quality and love the striped lining on the inside. I don't really want to give it up!

The zipper was not easy and smooth had to return.

It's hard to find a backpack that's not too big. The size of this bag was good for me: I can fit my laptop into it and it holds all my stuff without making me feel like I'm on a backpacking trip. It's got a classic look that works well for business and travel. But there are downsides: The straps are a bit wide. They're not padded and the edges are sharp, so it's not comfortable if I'm not wearing a top with sleeves. The compartment on the front just barely fits my glasses case and my 3"x6" phone. I wish it was a tad bigger. The metal zippers look cool but they're not so easy to zip. I worry that they're not going to last. There's just one interior sleeve sewn into the back of the bag; not sure what it's good for. I wish there were a couple more interior compartments. I'm keeping it, but I'll probably mod it to make it more functional.
