Best mittens EVER my 2.5 year old grandson wears the XS and my 4.5 year old grandson wears the S

I love these mittens! I bought them for my soon-to-be 4-year-old son (size medium - he's at about the 50th% in height and weight but does come from a Mom and Dad with big feet and hands) and they fit great and keep him warm! They are replacing subpar fleece mittens that always got soaked in the snow. These mittens stay dry and warm. They un-velcro all the way up which is helpful for getting them on, and they stay on (especially if you put them on before the jacket). Warm and dry - what more can you ask for from mittens?

My little guy has loved these gloves. These are meant for young kids. Not teens. We couldn't keep wearing them after the age of 9 or 10.

Great mittens for my 4 and 6-year-olds!! There is velcro on the tops that open entirely to make it easy for them to slip their hands into and then close up. They do need someone to help them close it, but I could secure it around their coat wristbands to basically seal out the cold. On especially cold days, we could put a hot hands on them and then their hands right on top. These mittens kept their hands warm and dry while taking ski lessons. Plus, the bright color made it easy to keep track of them. Worth the price!

My four year old loves these and they have kept his hands toasty. We have yet to try in the snow so I’m not sure about how waterproof they are. But it’s been very cold and his hands stay warm. Easy on and off. For ref, I got him size large, which fit and should last another winter.

Excellent! These mittens are keeping my 4.5 year old’s hands (size Lg) warm and dry...essential for frigid and, sometimes wet, New England winters! Because they’re waterproof, they’ll even work through mud season.

Waterproof mittens are essential during NH winters when you go to nature preschool. These mittens are soft, warm and easy on and off.

These mittens are amazing. Ordered an XS & a S for our 3 year old and kept the XS. Our daughter didn't want to take them off - extremely soft on the inside. Very easy to put on as they totally open & then Velcro to close & keep cold or snow out. Also, they come in a variety of cool colors. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent little mitten! I ordered a MD for our 5 year old. They are very warm and, of course, waterproof. Easy on and off.

Great product... will be great for snowy,very cold winter. I bought them for my 2.5 years old daughter. Size S was too big so I returned them and ordered size XS. And this size is perfect.

These are absolutely NOT waterproof, and were wet inside very quickly in the snow, and take hours on a radiator to dry out. The make on these is also frustratingly poor in that it's pot-luck if the lining has been put in correctly. In one pair the lining made the thumb space half the length inside, and impossible to put on. Depending on the pair you get may or may not be well made, will keep hands warm in the cold, but hopeless once wet.

If you want waterproof, do not buy these gloves. If you need them to just be warm and cold temperatures but not snow they could possibly work.

These are NOT water-proof. The inside gets soaked after playing a short while. They take forever to dry. My kids have only had these since October and the water would soak in right from the first time they were worn. We do not recommend them.

These gloves run very small and despite ordering various sizes my 6 and 9 year old could not get their hands inside. But the inside is very fuzzy and soft.

These gloves are sadly NOT waterproof. My child’s hands are always cold and wet, every time he plays in the snow (I have him in a jacket with sleeves that are long and provide a secure enclosure over the top of the gloves).
