This is a comfortable slipper like trainer. Has good heel support for lifting, not much arch support. The shoe is a little wide across the base of the toe making it look a little unattractive ( duck foot) though the style is otherwise good. Slip on design that adjusts by lace tension works well. Shoe is light and well ventilated. So far so good

I could not get these on my foot! Because there is no separate tongue, I literally could not get my foot into the shoe.

Love these sneakers! Super comfy and stylish. (Someone else wrote an earlier review about these being difficult to put on - I did NOT find this to be the case. A lot of Nike sneakers don't have tongues (i.e. Nike Free TR) and these were no different - they slipped on easily for me)

Weight lifting with these shoes feels perfect. The more I wear them the more comfortable I feel in them. I usually wear 8.5 and these are perfect in 8.5. Some people on here don’t know what they want. This shoe is stylish and I love it!
