Love, love, love the stone. Perfect comfort from the moment I slipped them on. The color feels both fresh and modern as well as classic. The beaded strap with Velcro is pretty and sparkly without being over the top. I'll wear these at work (I'm a project manager at a hospital so I walk a lot) and they have quiet and stable heels. I got the same size that I wear in Dansko clogs.

Immediate LOVE with this shoe, but like the other style I purchased, the 38 felt large. I ordered both sizes (37 & 38) and finally decided to keep the 37. The 38 just looked big - even when I slipped a pad in to hold the heel from slipping (again, I could slip my index finger down the heel with room). I am a true 7 1/2 and in the traditional Dansko styles am usually a 38. I hope I made the right choice - because I want the grey ones too. These are perfect to dress-up or dress-down. They are super comfy. And since I gave up on heels a long time ago, this little lift is perfect!

I have chronically painful feet - Achilles tendonitis, posterior tibial tendonitis, an accessory navicular bone and all of the issues that go with these conditions. I can typically only wear clogs and sneakers. I purchased these shoes to wear for a wedding, thinking that they would probably need to be returned, like so many other pairs, because of my left foot :). I am amazed at how comfortable they are and am so excited to think that I may actually be able to wear a fairly "normal" and good looking shoe again! The strap is so cute, and the velcro is perfect for someone who needs a very adjustable midfoot. Anyway, I love these and recommend them to anyone with happy or unhappy feet.

These are really cute shoes - a little bling along the strap and a nice low blocky heeel - very cute - but they were cut low across the top and I have a bunion that was just in the wrong place so I knew that it would cause problems - if they hurt a little when you put them on - they're going to hurt a lot when you start to walk around - so sad but they have to go back

Nice grey color, but the first pair I ordered were already scuffed up. Good heel height, pretty jeweled strap. I really wanted to like these despite the slightly clunky Dansko feel, but the toe box was just tight enough that it would bother me after wearing too long.

At this point, I own several Dansko Season sandals, 1 clog and 1 slip on. I broke my ankle and have plates and screws and damaged my achilles tendon and broke a bone off my heel SO not only do I have feet issues, I also have a lot of insecurity. I have found that when I wear a pair of shoes with a strap along the top that I feel secure in walking. I used to wear high heels all the time prior to my accident and now I cannot do that. So, in my attempt to feel back to normal I purchased these shoes and they are perfect. A small heel, a bit of sparkle that I can wear to work and out. Thank you is all I can say. These feel great and comfortable.

I purchased this shoe in black first and then got them in taupe because I liked them so much. I have foot issues (midfoot arthritis) and sadly cannot wear much of a heel. These shoes are dressy and comfortable with good arch support and don’t look like granny shoes. I get compliments on both the black and taupe pairs regularly. I typically wear size 10B. These fit true to size. Love them!!!

I have tried six other pumps all of which had a too small toe box. The Dansko is perfect in the toe box and true to size. The comfort is also great. I was looking for a pair of black pumps for a wedding so I was wishing Dansko made a fancier looking pump, but comfort is priority and this is it.

I returned the first pair I ordered (in my usual size) because they were too large. I had a finger space in between my heel and the back of the shoe. I tried the next size down and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and have great arch support. I have a foot that is more narrow so I love the adjustable instep strap. They look great with my mother of the groom dress . The heel height is perfect and the bit of glitz on the strap add sparkle.

This is a lovely, well constructed shoe. It fits more like a 6 than a 5.5. The band is a little scratchy but not intolerable (I wear it without socks or hose).

Very comfortable; perfect for the office; the sand color is prettier than the black because the sparkly strap is more noticeable. I bought both colors because it’s such a practical shoe.

I bought these to wear in a fashion show, was in them for several hours and didn't have any trouble with them whatsoever. They are easy to wear and with a little bling across the top of the foot....they made their own statement. I really like these and would recommend them!

These are such perfect dress/comfort shoes... versatile and attractive, can be worn to weddings or work. I’m a 62 old with problem feet; high arches and tarsal tunnel syndrome/plantar fasciitis, etc. These shoes provide support , with a supple leather, that is firm but not stiff, i bought them in the buff color, wore them to theater & dinner , and immediately ordered a 2nd pair in black. The look great with pants or dresses/skirts.

Really liked the shoe. The Dansko has wonderful support. My problem is even this 1.5" heel bothers the ankle that I broke over 20 years ago.

This is a very pretty shoe. While the heel is rather stout, which I like for stability, the decorated strap makes it great for dressy occasions. And would I wear it with jeans? Absolutely. The “Burnished Nubuck Stone” color is a lovely two-tone, but I would describe it as leather, not nubuck. Also, I gave it four stars instead of five for comfort because it’s a bit snug in the toe area. I’m assuming it will loosen with wear, as the leather is soft and supple.

These shoes are so pretty and so comfortable. I am thankful that such high quality shoes, such as Dansko are made. They have helped my feet, knees, hips, and back.

AFTER READING THE REVIEWS, I FELT THIS SHOE WAS GOING TO BE FOR ME. UNFORTUNATELY THE SHOE WAS A BIT TIGHT ACROSS THE TOE BOX. THE LONGER I HAD IT ON, THE MORE I REALIZED IT MIGHT BE TOLERATED AH HOUR OR SO BUT NEVER COULD LEAVE THE HOUSE. THE LEATHER AND STYLE WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE FIT WAS OFF FOR ME. I WILL KEEP TRYING AS ZAPPO'S CONTINUES TO SHOW ME PATIENCE AS I TRY TO FIND A SHOE THAT WORKS WITH MY ORTHOTIC . OH, AND I HAD TO ADD A HEEL LIFT BECAUSE THE HEEL WAS SO HIGH AND DUG INTO ME.. REALLY ATTRACTIVE BUT NOT TOO COMFORTABLE FOR ME.

Lovely style and very comfortable. I'm back for another black pair to keep for when the first pair wears out!

After months of searching for a dressy shoe that was comfortable but looked less like an "old lady shoe", I finally found this shoe. Let's have more styles that appeal to grandmothers- low-block heels, rounded toes, straps.

I absolutely love these shoes. The heel is so stable... I wore them around the house the first day without problems. Can’t wait to play dressed up! Would buy again or another color..

I have arthritis in my midfoot and have a tough time finding shoes with good arch support that are attractive. This pair looks and feels great. I can wear all day with no pain. I typically wear a size 10 and the 41 fits me.

Love these. They're so versatile both in style and color (stone). They fit me perfectly - size 41 for my 10.5 foot, wide in the bunion area, normal heel and medium high arch. I'm unable to wear anything much higher than this, and these provided a lot of stability. I tried SAS and Pikolino before finding these, and I'm so grateful to Zappos or their generous return policy.

Very nice shoe. BUT I think I need to give up on this brand because my foot is between a 40 and 41. Had hoped to wear this shoe for a wedding next month.

My foot is wide in the toe area and this shoe does not have a rounded toe. I also ordered the flatter mary jane style, Fawna, with a rounded tow and it fit perfectly.

I think theses shoes are quite stylish and ordered them based on some reviews, even though they were iffy. The shoes just seem to be too big overall, the width and length are way off for me and the chunky heel gave me the feeling of being off kilter. I can't judge the comfort since I'm not keeping them.
