I love this boot! Such a stylish “winter boot”. Just as previous reviews, I did go up 1/2 size (normally 8.5) they are just a tad tight in toe box as they narrow but, they are leather and will stretch out :) Also, as other reviews they are a tad bigger in heel box..? Never had that before but I know an 8.5 would not do. I put a regular sock on and it helped. I am new to Sorel, and u can tell they are well made. Going Chicago next week so that will be the real test!

I am a true size 5M, but I realize Sorels (at least the recent styles) run small. I initially got a 5.5 thinking it will have some room for socks, but the toe box for this is a bit on the narrow side so my toes were very much squished. I went for a size 6M and this fits well with socks - somewhat snug at first but it finally conformed to my foot after a few hours. With the pull-on design that ends up fitting close around your leg, expect a bit off huffing and puffing to get them on and your socks bunching up a bit, but overall I do like these shoes - it gives me decent height and is overall comfy for fall/winter wear.

Absolutely loved these boots! After college on the East Coast I’ve become a devoted Sorel fan. These do no disappoint! I have to say, they are elegant, but also sturdy and practical. I have a narrow foot, but even then I had to order up a 8.5 from my usual 8. Hard to get my fit in, but once I do they are vary comfortable and I have no problems at all.

These booties are awesome! I bought the black ones and they looks cute with just about anything and are nice enough to dress up and wear to work. I live in a snowy, cold climate so I was worried about traction, but I haven't had any issues slipping, even if the sidewalks haven't been shoveled. The material even repels the arctic melt "salt" that is used here on the sidewalks that has ruined so many of my other pairs of shoes. They're very comfortable to wear all day and walk around in. I also love that the rubber sole dampens the noise when walking (pet peeve of mine). All around an awesome boot.

Great shoe. I ordered a 9 and it was too small, like other reviews have suggested, sent it back and ordered a 9.5 and the fit is excellent. Originally it was slightly tight through the width but wearing for an hour or 2 provided some stretch and the fit is perfect.

I usually wear a size 8, but go to an 8.5 in boots, heels and running shoes. I got these in an 8.5 and love them - so comfortable like the wedges - but this style and leather looks a little dressier which is great for work in the winter. I've received many compliments on them and am contemplating them in a second color.

I love these boots! I walked 8 miles in them yesterday and was comfortable the whole time. Because of the platform they feel like a fairly low heel. I ordered a 7, 7.5, and 8 and went with the 7.5. This is my typical size in flats but sometimes I’m a 7 in heels so I’d say this run slightly on the small side. I highly recommend these boots!

These boots are perfect. So cute and comfortable. I ordered up half a size based on reviews and actually had to return them to get my normal 8.5. I have a bit of a narrow foot, so that might be why. I love these boots!

Love these boots...arrived just in time for the bad weather.

I sized up per the recommendations in the reviews. I like to pair a thick sock wth any type of boot because it gets really cold where I live. I think the 8.5 would have been too tight but I do also feel the 9 i got is a smidge too big. also the height of the bootie is a little tall so it does rub around the ankle but that is to be expected. I looked at these boots for weeks, unsure if I wanted to commit; after I tried them on I realized I shouldn't have waited to get them! the platform makes you tall without the heel height interfering with how you walk. if heels aren't for you, these boots are the exception. I love these. theres so much cushion in the sole too! I think theres 2 soles in it! If they keep making this boot I will always replace with the exact shoe. perf.

I have 4 Sorel Boots, very similar with the tall block heel from past years. I'm a 9.5B and all 4 fit perfect to that size. This one also fits "nearly" perfect, except for my right foot, just a tad tight over the top which would have probably broken in. I did return them because it was too difficult to put on. The deal breaker was the color...I ordered the red/wine which oddly was more purple in tone. I was hoping for a good burgundy red. The bottom heel color is more pink, which is cool, but couldn't get past the color of the top boots.

Love the style and love Sorel in general but I ordered a half size up as all of the reviews suggested and they still fit very narrow and tight in the toe box. I should have gone up one whole size. However, I’ll keep because I like the look with work slacks.

These robbed painfully around my ankle. Also the toebox seems too low my toes were rubbing. Unfortunately these done work for me. Really a shame because they’re gorgeous looking boots.

I love this booty, but the shaft is a bit too long and rubs my shin; it also interferes with the fit of my dress pants, they don't quite hang right with this boot. Seems like good quality and durable. loved the chunky heel, and platform.

I love all things Sorel! Best. Shoes. Ever. My only minor issue with this Chelsea is the color. Photo appears very reddish, however it is very purplish. The struggle is real. But the Chelsea overall is awesome.

These are beautiful boots and a rich brown color. I always wear a 7-1/2, including in another pair of Sorels, but these were too small, not even close. Returning to try a larger size.

Ugh. These are so cute and funky I really wanted to keep them. I have 4 pairs of Sorel wedges that I love and fit me perfectly in 8 1/2. So I first ordered 8.5, but toe box was pretty narrow and felt uncomfortable so tried a 9. Toe felt ok, but shoe was just too loose everywhere else. Just not great fitting shoes. Bummed...but not keeping them.

Usually I love Sorels--I have two pairs, and they are very comfortable. Also, I always wear an 8 in Sorels (and pretty much everything else). Not so, for these! These boots looked awesome, but they pinched my toes, which slid down into the toe box. My feet aren't narrow, but they aren't wide enough to require W-sized shoes, so I was surprised these didn't work. Too bad!

Nice looking but too narrow. The toe area pinches into a point. Great boot up until the toe box. Sorel has a few styles that do this and I can’t wear them. I would buy many more Sorels if this was changed.
