These heels are super cute and comfortable. The only thing is the part of the shoe that goes over the toes digs into my feet a little bit, but it's not that bad. I have narrow feet to begin with, so I'm not sure if someone with wider feet might get more pressure from this area.

Very comfortable and stylish shoes; stayed on my feet (strap is elasticized) and very professional looking silhouette. Unfortunately, I need very pale, almost silver, gray shoes and these are dark gray, with some brownish tones to put it closer to taupe. Otherwise, great shoe for a good price.

One of the best Mary Janes that I've owned. I have them in both colors. When I first stepped into it, I was very impressed by the cushioning. It was like an "a-ha!" moment. I am not able to wear most fashionable shoes due to numerous foot surgeries and fallen arches. I need Mary Janes because of a narrow heel that slips out of all pumps. In the pictures, the Mary Jane strap looked quite wide and I was worried it looked too orthopaedic but it turned out looking just fine when I put them on. The toe box is nicely tapered or pointed, giving it a more sophisticated look than a rounded toe box (again, trying to avoid the orthopaedic-shoe style) The width felt just a sliver narrower than usual but it's not enough to need to exchange it for a "wide". The design at the back causes a small gap to show between the Achilles tendon and the back of the shoe. This makes it look like you bought a half size too large when actually it fits perfectly. This can be obviously seen in the video. I spent a 9 hour work day in the shoes and did not feel the usual fatigue or discomfort that I usually experience from a 3-inch heel. Overall, the comfort is superior, so I can overlook some minor issues. If it comes in more colors, I will be buying them.

Confused about the reviews regarding the sizing I hope my review helps. My normal shoe size is an 11. Based on some reviews I was confused if it was a 1/2 size small or a whole size so I ordered a size down which was a 10-10.5 size selection from drop box. Tried them on and they did fit but my toes felt a little squished when walking in them. I thought maybe a chance they would stretch;however, due to limited stock I decided to move fast with ordering my normal size which is the 11-11.5 shoe just to feel the difference. Well Those came in and they also fit but much more comfortable in the toes area. So I ended up returning the 10-10.5 Mary Janes.

This brand of shoes is top notch best quality for comfort, disability, and style. If I could avoid wearing any other brand, I would only buy ECCO.

I'm wearing this for the first time today and they feel surprisingly comfy. They have a thick rubber sole and lots of inner padding; a well made shoe. I think the back might need some breaking in but it's still too soon to tell. I work in an environment in which I need to stand a lot. I need a comfortable shoe but I absolutely will not wear something old and frumpy. These shoes are lovely -- I already received a compliment. Ecco rarely disappoints.

These are amazing heels. Good quality leather, nice construction, stable heel, and surprisingly great arch support. They suited my narrow, low-volume feet wonderfully, with very little heel slippage even before fastening the buckles. I wanted to keep them so bad, but they're the type of heels where you need to order 1/2 size up for a comfortable fit, and I usually take a 42 in Ecco. I almost convinced myself to keep them, but my toes would have been squashed. If you're on the fence between sizes, go with the larger one and order these--they're beautiful!

I purchased these for my daughter who has a 4 W foot. The shoes are a bit snug but will stretch out with shoe stretch spray. Ecco is one of the few brands that are wide enough and fit with just a little stretching.

I bought these for a show that I am in and will have to wear them all day. They are so comfy and supportive!! I can't say enough about Rockport shoes!!

Best shoes I’ve had I love them thinking on ordering another pair, they are very comfortable.

This was the first pair of ecco shoes I have bought. I am a flight attendant and I am constantly looking for black leather heels to wear to work that won't rub blisters on my feet but still look somewhat stylish. It doesn't sound like I am asking for the impossible but it has been challenging. I've had bunion surgery on both of my feet and I have very narrow heels. I have tried Clarks, Naturalizer, Cole Haan and many other brands but the ecco 55's are by far the most comfortable work shoes that I own. The Mary Jane strap keeps the back of the shoe in place so that it doesn't rub on my heel. The buckle is large enough that it is easily buckled, but still small enough to pass uniform inspections. However the thing that I find most impressive about these shoes is how well balanced they are. My feet don't get tired or sore when I have them on for long periods of time and I am completely confident walking/running in them. Other shoes with similar heel height had me constantly shifting my weight to maintain my balance or scrunching my toes to keep the shoes from sliding on my feet, but not this pair!

Love these! Got them in grey (cap rock?) and the color is beautiful. My feet are a bit swollen this evening and I’ve been having terrible foot pain, but tried these on and was amazed I could walk in them without any added discomfort and in fact, they felt a bit better than being barefoot. I’m a happy woman.

Usually a 5 but bought the 4-4.5 and it fit perfectly. Pretty amazed at how comfortable these are. Contemplating buying a second pair just to have it as a back up.

Recommend. VERY comfortable cute shoes. Unfortunately I need to match a particular shade of gray and this was too dark. Otherwise perfect.

The shoe was beautiful, comfortable, well made. One minor but important issue was that it was one size larger than I've expected. Thank you for your "top of the notch" service as always.

I love the Ecco Yucatan walking sandals, but these closed toe heels felt very small, and not stylish at all for heels. Returned.

Cute show, but way too narrow.
