This fit exactly as I expect Wolky shoes to fit, and that's perfect. I love having a shoe I can pretty much just buy online with confidence of a good overall fit. For a flat sandal, these have enough cushion. As I've aged, my feet have aged, and they want to be comfortable. They've told me so. Maybe Wolky will offer these with different color sole and a darker brown :)

The Wolky Sunstone is a relatively good looking casual sandal. I had hoped it would fit, especially since it had an adjustable backstrap. Unfortunately the mid foot cross strap had minimal available adjustment so the shoe was just too wide. The quality is great - just didn't fit. I've worn the Jewel and appreciate being able to adjust the fit.

While overall I liked the look of the shoe (I especially liked the leather grain & color), for my own foot I had a few "issues". The main reason I bought the shoe was for the 3 adjustable straps all the way around that I could customize the fit to my(spatula shaped) foot. 1st, the shoe had to be sent back a couple times due to their 'sizing guide' (suggest ordering 1 size smaller!). Secondly, for my high arch, there is virtually NO arch support. Thirdly,the way the velcro 'ankle' strap is constructed, I couldnt pull it tight enough (I needed 1/2 to 1 inch more allowability). I had to take these to the shoe repair man who charged me $45 to make adjustments to the ankle straps (which he had to take apart and re-sew) in order for me to get the tigher fit. In all the shoe cost me well over $200 to customize.

I was most worried about the style but they're actually quite cute, stylish and not at all clunky looking. The problem for me came in the fit. I have a high instep and the strap that goes directly across the top of the foot is the only one that is not adjustable (it just has a tiny section of elastic). It was actually painful to just wear around my living room. The toe area was also too narrow and the joint near my big toe protruded out of the sandal. Even if they didn't have these issues I'm not sure I would have kept them as they didn't have nearly as much of a heel cup and arch support as I'm used to with Birkenstocks. A beautiful, lightweight sandal, just not a good fit for me.

I have narrow feet and this shoe was too narrow for me. When I adjusted the velcro across the toes so I could get my foot in the velcro showed. This NEVER happens. Usually i adjust velcro for fit and the strap hangs down too far. This is an attractive shoe but didn't work for me.
