My shoe size: 9N, flat feet. I really liked the looks of these shoes but sadly I need to return them. I ordered a 9.5N and they were still a little too short and just a little too wide. I felt they were more like between a narrow and medium width. I'm afraid if I ordered a 10N they would be too wide. The arch was perfect for my flat feet, however.

These are very cute shoes, but have to return them because they are too loose. I bought a 10 W - my normal Easy Spirit size. My foot slides The elastic "shoelace" does not allow you to tighten them. I am going to return them for a half size smaller shoe

The sandal felt too wide. When my foot slipped forward as I walked, my toes complained when they hit rough leather. Very uncomfortable.

Cute but much tighter than my other Easy Spirit 9.5 WW. Gave them away.

Why when you type in 5-1/2 or 6 WW, do THE UGLIEST shoes come up? Just because we have small wide feet doesn't mean SOMEONE can't make an actual real shoe or sandal in these sizes!!! If I want ugly, I'll just wear my running shoes. Really, is it too much to ask?

Uncomfortable

The style was similar to another pair of "summer" walking shoes I have but these have NO adjustments through the forefoot or heel. Without that, my VERY narrow foot was just swimming in them and didn't feel secure. So, I returned them.

The sizing of your shoes has changed big time! I had a pair like these several years ago and they fit me then. This pair of shoes is longer and wider then they were then!! I even tried putting another insole on top and still my foot moved around! Arch support was not much, needs more! So back they go. Loved the style, just needs to be a true size and width for a 10AA.

I wear a 11 Narrow. This narrow was way too wide. Had to return them.

Liked the look of the shoe. Unfortunately the narrow was still to wide for my foot.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from you on this date, and I now find out that both orders have been cancelled, and you never even sent me an email to tell me that! I am furious and will not likely ever buy another thing from Zappos, and I will tell everyone I know what a lousy business you are.

I have a bunion on my right foot so the top of the hole in the shoe greatly irritated the bunion. The material is not soft or flexible.

The fit and size are OK but the material is stiff and the inside of the shoe is lumpy, bumpy and uncomfortable. The lumps and bumps press on my bunion. Unbearable!

I returned the shoes because I suspected the elastic closure would stretch with time and fail to hold the shoe securely on my foot. It seems that an additional way to tighten the closure would help.
