They are way too big I wrote customer service about an exchange two days ago and no response or number to call. They seem flimsy and the lace caps were not secured, are too light grey.

Theses shoes have zero support. They might as well be a flip flop. Soft? Yes. My son loved the look but we won't be buying more.

Looks good. Bought same size as hubby wears in all his other shoes. Returned since his toes bump up the end of the shoes. Didnt think it was wise to order two sizes up; that would have been way too big.

Only worn them twice but got a small dirt spot on the back fabric and used a wet paper towel to wipe it off with and the fabric got all fradded up and look like I rub it with sand paper. Very delicate fabric on the these. My canvas camo ones don't have that problem and I've wore the crap out of those. I also don't care for the hump on the insole where your toes are and the leather on the insoles come off and get all nasty very quickly and I have remove them on my canvas hey dudes within 4 months.

The insoles in this pair have worn out within two weeks of wearing them. The shoe is a little larger than it should be.

I ordered this shoe for my husband but ended up returning it as the color of the actual shoe was very different from what was represented online. The shoe itself was pretty comfortable for him but I cannot give a good review because of the terrible customer service experience I had. They offer no phone service to speak with a customer service rep and the online chat times out within a few seconds of inactivity (waiting on responses to go through.) The rep that I was able to chat with wasnt overly helpful and, of course, our chat was disconnected in the middle of the conversation. Ughh-so frustrating! My family wont be purchasing any more Hey Dude shoes with an experience like this!

The shoes are fraying terribly. I've written to customer service twice and have not gotten a response. Very disappointed.

They run small. Look great but overall they are okay.

We bought these shoes in March for my husband to wear on the weekends and he didn't even wear them June-September because he wears sandals in the summer and they are already falling apart. All the stitching is coming out around the front of the shoe on both shoes. So when he put them on today there were all of these black strings hanging everywhere and I am afraid to cut them because I don't know if the whole front will come apart. Very disappointed and now I am trying to figure out what to replace them with.

Once the shoes came in I noticed only one I the shoes had the hey dude tag on the back of it and I ordered from this website!

Seam is already pulling apart at the tip of the shoe. Haven't even had hem for two weeks.

I submitted an exchange right away and still haven't received the new pair. I have emailed customer service multiple times and no response

I never received my order. I've contacted you several times. I never received a response back. I can't leave a review unless I receive the shoes that I paid for!!!! Please respond back. I'd love to get them. Or my $43.99 back. It's been a month since I've ordered them.

Stitching coming out all over the one shoe and top of the other, after wearing 10 times.

A few weeks have gone by, and still no shoes have arrived. Either you are a scam or you are using the slowest delivery company ever.

I bought these shoes online on Facebook, they were too small so I tried to send them back, but he dude said that I didnt buy them from them after much research they found out I did buy them through them. I sent the shoes back then instead of giving me the right size, they just gave me a refund without even discussing it with me. Customer service was not good at all.
