The good: The bag is very light, stylish and made of nice material. There is no expansion and the bag is fairly hard, so it will stay the exactly advertised dimension! (A bonus!!) I was looking for a European-sized carryon, so this was perfect. The bad: The handle was uncomfortable and sharp. The front pocket was deep and hard to get into as the opening was only on the top. There is wasted space above the front pocket, which could have easily been a small shallow zip pocket. Overall, as much as I liked the style, I have to return it :-(
