I love the look of these shoes and couldn't wait to get them. When I tried them on I felt like I was wearing torture devices. They offered no arch support and the foot and ankle bands were tight and scratchy. Had to return.

The decoration looks cheap and not attractive.

I love these shoes, they’re really beautiful. However- Zappos sent them without the cloth bag, which is a real bummer. I contacted the wonderful customer service, but there wasn’t much to be done (they said that they will send a plain cloth bag they have, but with such expensive shoes, it’s still a disappointment). Love Zappos, but will not buy SW here again.

These shoes are beautiful. However they are uncomfortable. They are true to size in length but the patent leather straps felt uncomfortable and a little tight. I have a narrow foot too. Usually, in my experience, Stuart Weitzman shoes are pretty comfortable but these were heavy and a little tight. I even tried a half size up but those were too big.
