I have a lot of mephistos and was excited to see a new style with the stars design. The style is neutral enough to wear with almost anything but still unique. However, they aren’t as comfortable and supportive as the typical mephistos that I have been buying for years. The footbed is different. If these were $40-60, I’d go for it. But for $175 I want the traditional mephisto quality.

This sandal definitely has the comfortable footbed. The piece (bar) between the first and second toe caused pain on both my feet. Also, the star pattern was more attractive in the online photo than when actually on my feet. I returned them but have not given up on this comfort shoe brand.

I absolutely love the cushioned footbed - it was very comfortable. The design/style was just "okay" in my opinion. The toe division post at the front of the sandal caused pain on both feet (between and at the top of the toes) so I returned them. It must have been the way I walked.

These are like walking on a cloud, these are best Mephisto's I have owned.

Very comfortable right out of the box! Mephisto sandals seem to fit a little tight, so I sized up and love the fit.

Very comfortable but runs a little narrower than the Mephisto Hannel sandals that I own. Soft footbed with good arch support. Normally I don’t like sandals with toe posts as they tend to rub between my toes. However, I don’t have to that problem with these sandals. Liked him so much that I ordered them and all four nubuck colors. Just wish they were slightly wider.

Love this sandal!!! Mainly cuz I LOVE stars!!! **** They are fun and are oh soOoOo comfortable!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!! And can dress them up or down!!!!! YAY!!!!

Like a previous reviewer wrote, the toe divider is too far forward. As a result, my toes hang over the edge even though overall the size fits my foot. Unfortunate! Also, as mentioned in some reviews, the sole is stiff, but I think this is by design.

Love the sandal. Have several pair of Helen’s. The footbed is white & will show dirt very quickly. In fact the pair I received already had a dirty spot. Hated to return because really needed the navy sandal!
