This is a very nice shoe! Looks great. Comfortable. I would buy again.

Size 10.5 is now size 10 for me. Perfect fit. No break in required. Mephisto are premium shoes that will out last the run of the mill. My 2000 Match have been refurbished for the price of a pair of Ecco or Clark’s and they look and feel like new.

Mephistos don't feel like ordinary shoes, they feel better, much better. You pay a bit more, but these honestly feel like shoes you could wear for a very, very long time. And it turns out you can, you can get them resoled from Mephisto and continue to wear them. Considering the build quality of these shoes, that's likely something most owners would do. The fit, finish, and quality of these shoes is very high. It almost at times feels like I'm walking barefoot as the shoes allow my feet to move naturally in them. I have a big toe on my right foot with what feels like a bit of arthritis that doesn't hurt at all when walking in these. I highly recommend if you find a style of Mephisto you like that you purchase them and try them out. The price is high but it's more than worth it.

These are very dark navy. They do look black in low light. Mephistos are the most comfortable shoes I have worn. These are the most comfortable Mephistos I have worn. Even with custom insoles my feet hurt when I walked in other shoes. In these, just comfort with no pain at all. And they are soft/suede so comfortable out of the box. Some other Mephistos were more stiff and needed to be broken in first. They fit me perfectly, so they must run wide and maybe a little large. I usually have to go up a half size due to width and high arch, but these are perfect .

Love these shoes but they come with a flaw. They squeak. I thought squeak would disappear over time but it hasn’t.

Stylish and comfortable shoe. Only concerns are how suede will withstand the dirt and grime of a sneaker and that the perfs don't seem to have the breathability of a sneaker. Otherwise a good value shoe.

Almost everything about the shoes were great. Loved the style, the fit, the support. However. every step is accompanied by a squish. Afraid I'm going to have to return them.

Nice shoes, well made, but I sized down from my usual size and they still ran large. I had to return them.

Found these in a local store and then discovered Zappos had better price. When they arrived from Zappos the color was black, not Navy. Box says Navy, shoes are black. Going back to store today.
