Big 'Heck, yes!' Great on trail runs with stones, foxtails and other natural forms of shrapnel.

I hike and trail run a lot now in the desert of Southern California, and I've been wearing them regularly. These gaiters keep out all the sand/grit/pebbles from my shoes. What a relief! Simple and easy to put on. The bottom straps are holding up very well in spite of the rough rocky trails and terrain.

Simple to use, these gaiters provide a tight fit over hiking shoes to keep out debris. I find the Overdrive wrap gaiters to be very comfortable and unobtrusive.

So far, so good! Well made, with great fit. I anticipate several years of service from these gaiters.

This is the perfect companion to trail runners/approach shoes. Hardly notice them, easy to stow in your pack/pants, stay secured well and sheds dust and debris well.

Great little purchase. The thing I like the most out of these gaiters is that they keep snow from getting down in my boots. Thru the end of May in NH we still had quite a bit of monorailing and 3+ feet of snow to either side in a lot of the 4K+ mountains. Not only do these work great for keeping out brush, pebbles, dirt, etc...but when my big frame steps a little too far right or left of the thin monorail I tend to post-hole a lot. sinking in every bit of those 3 feet... These gaiters really help with that, keeping the snow out of the inside of the boots. These are great for Spring/Summer hiking as well, of which we're finally seeing in the Whites!! Everyone knows your gear is pretty important when doing even the short hikes, but much more with the longer hikes. Just adding these gaiters to my inventory has made hiking much more enjoyable for me. Me and the wife are big OR fans!!

These work great in keeping rocks and stickers out of my boots. They are still holding up well despite the hundreds of hard miles they have traveled over volcanic rocks and other debris.

Finally a pair of low top gaiters that doesn't require velcro to be glued on your shoe for a bomber fit. No riding up the back and the band that goes underfoot is sturdy and will not cut/break like others I have seen. And you can take your shoes off, and the gaiters stay on due to their good fit and design. Great job, OR

Used these for a snowy trail run this past weekend over Gortex running shoes. They were just right. Not bulky at all and ensured no snow came into my shoes.

I've used these for three month of Swabian Winter. I recently moved from a tropical climate (hot and humid) to southern Germany, near the Black Forest (Cold and damp winters). I use these primarily for trail running or light hiking in the late fall through winter, pairing them with a set of Altra Lone Peaks. They work exactly as advertised, and the velcro closure continues to hold fast and keep the water, mud, snow and slush out.

I bought these mainly for every day use walking the dog in snowy conditions. I live in the Yukon where this would be normal. But this winter all our snow has turned to ice so to be honest I haven't needed them yet. I tried them on over my light hikers and I could barely get the Velcro done up! I take size 9 women's so would not call myself a medium/large in a unisex product. However, I like that I don't have to put the gaiters on before I put my shoes on, which is the case with my running gaiters. And they appear well-made, if tight!

I have size 6 feet; I bought these to use over my running shoes in the winter. I couldn't even get the velcro to reach across the shoe.

A design change has made these unusable. The top tab isn't a tab and makes it either too tight or doesn't secure the top porton.
