I usually wear an 8.5 W or just size up to a 9. The 9 for this shoe still felt too narrow for me, so I sized up to a 10 and they fit amazing! The leather stretches somewhat, but so far not very much. I'd say return the shoes and size up if they feel uncomfortable when you first put them on. The leather is soft and it's such a versatile shoes. Absolutely a new wardrobe staple for me!

Bought these on a whim ... and I LOVE them! As other reviewers noted, they feel like slippers. Ended up buying the tan and pink. Highly recommend.

Originally ordered size 7, which is what I order in every shoe. The fit was perfect, but I was concerned about them stretching due to the soft leather construction. I ordered a size 6 for comparison, and that worked for me. I have worn the shoes, and they have stretched to feel like the size 7s. Very comfortable! Style similar to Gucci bridal bit loafers with the slightly elongated toe. Great for traveling- easy to remove for TSA or during flights, yet comfortable to walk in. The sole is very flexible- there aren't many shoes in this style that are.

I’m a true size 10 and born shoes are always perfect. This loafer was not exception. The leather is soft and the color beautiful.

It really doesn't get any better than this! The blush color is perfect- not too pink, not too yellow. The footbed is comfortable, and the shoe does not fall off as you walk. There isn't much arch support, so if that is something you require, you'll need to add foot petals. The leather is velvety soft. The sole feels as if you are barefoot. My only concern is that they are perfect- as is, out of the box. If they stretch at all, they may be too loose. I originally ordered a 7, which is what I wear in everything. I am going to re-order a 6 for comparison. If the 6 is much better, I will write an additional review. If I don't, then don't hesitate to order these. Perfect for a trip abroad, or just running around town.

Great mule, very soft leather.Runs slightly narrow (which I find is a trend with this brand. I have a wide foot, but these did work for me. Great coverage and very comfortable (has insole padding. I only returned them because I found them on sale somewhere else for 30% off. I wish zappos would price match!

Love the style and the leather is good quality. I typically wear a size 8 1/2 and it was recommended to size down to an 8. I wasn't sure so I decided to order a 9 and an 8, glad I did. I am keeping the 9, the 8 wasn't long enough. The 9 may be a little wide, but I can deal with it. Very comfy, purchased for a cruise, easy to dress up or for casual attire.

Really cute shoe, I was surprised to find that the black leather dye on inside of the shoe rubbed off onto my big toenail....not cute on a light pink pedicure. Definitely wear those half socks to protect the pedicure!

Cute shoe. Born quality. But they were just a bit too small to be comfortable.

These shoes were just ok to me. I wear a 71/2 and forcing me to go up or down a 1/2 size just doesn't cut it. I ordered a size 7 based on other reviews but this size seemed a little too snug. For the price, they should be offered in half sizes. Born will lose me as a customer if they continue with this practice.
