I always wear a size 7 1/2, even in Clarks. This 7 1/2 , however was too big for me. I am sending it back. It is a very comfortable shoe and will be ordering a half size smaller.

Nice shoe, with a good heel height. Was looking for a neutral color that could be worn with multiple outfits. These would have fit the bill if it hadn't been for the zip in the back catching the wrong spot on my heel. I knew just trying them on that this would be an issue and probably cause a blister. I would have definitely kept them otherwise. Some reviewers commented on how they were big in size. I thought they were true to size.

I loved these shoes, but the back of the shoe came up to high on my heel. So, I am returning them.

So cute but unfortunately they come up too high on the back of my heel and would undoubtedly cause blisters, so must return and try a different shoe.

These shoes are cute! If your feet are on the wider side, or if at the end of the day your ankle swells— get a 1/2 size larger. They are comfortable, but not meant for walking extended periods of time.

Really gorgeous shoes and the back zipper gives them an extra zing, but a tad higher than I can handle in a evening of dancing. So I'm returning them with regret.

Clarkes have always run true to size for me, but just in case I ordered an 8 and and 8.5. Both were too large. I could put a finger behind my heel in the 8, so I returned them (some hassle, handled beautifully by Zappos!) and exchanged them for a 7.5. Aaaand those are just a tad too small :( Too bad, because they are so flattering on. I'll wear them for a bit and see if they'll stretch some.

Very pretty and comfortable. The only issue I had at all was the elastic ring at the ankle. By the end of the day I really started feeling the squeeze. I'm hoping that with wear the elastic will give a bit.

Pretty and sexy shoe - but they run large and didn't match my dress.

Pretty style but runs large both in length and width. Must return, unfortunately. The ankle strap is a bit rough and might cause blisters.

The zipper on the back cut into my heel, so had to return. I think it is due to the fact that zipper goes up so high up the back.
