I used for kayaking and I have worn with casual clothes, it's very comfortable

Bought these water shoes to (1) protect my feet from coral pieces when carrying a canoe or paddle board from the beach into the water, (2) allow me to reasonably maneuver in the water to get back to/on the canoe when I fall off, and (3) let all the sand that gets in flow back out. These work great for all of those purposes. My only complaint about them is that they are MUCH larger than my normal shoe size. Had to send the 1st pair back because the foot bed was like having snow shoes on. Went down from an 8 to a 6 to get the right fit.

I recommend you order these one size smaller than your actual size because they do run large. I'm a size 9 and I ordered a size 8. At first they were a little uncomfortable around the little toe area but not because of the size but because of the straps, they're a bit tight but they will stretch after a few days of using them. If I had to wear only one pair of shoes for the rest of my life I would definitely choose these.

Cutest, most comfortable sandals ever!! These are my favorite sandals in my closet! Perfect for the water or just causal!

They run a little large but still fit fine. I wear a size 11 in everything and that's what I ordered but my toes are about and inch from the end of the sandal so they look kinda big. And my pinky toe likes to poke out sometimes. But they are super comfortable. I wore them gardening all morning then to a BBQ party and a car show the next day and my feet were cool and comfortable. And as my boyfriend puts it, they aren't as ugly as most summer sandals. Which I agree, these are more stylish and don't have fat ugly straps like most sandals.

I am an average women's size 8. In Columbia footwear I usually need their size 8 1/2. However after I read the reviews I was swayed to purchased these sandals in a an 8. My foot is not able to get into the sandal because the front straps are super narrow. I placed my foot on top of the sandal to see if my toes and heel would fit without hanging over. This sandal is way long! I was thinking of exchanging for an 8 1/2 but as I look at how these are constructed, I concluded the overall sandal would be too long and walking would be awkward. My foot width measures 3 5/8ths. The straps on the front toe box area on this sandal is much narrower. These sandals are well made and seem durable and will fit a NARROW foot well. So buyer be aware of this sizing issue. I would recommend this sandal for narrow footed only or you too will be returned these which is a bummer because I do like these but they don't fit.

These shoes run very wide and were really hard to walk in. I thought a half size larger would still for because of the adjustable straps, but they didn't adjust enough and were huge on me.

I was excited to get these shoes but sadly they were way too big. I usually wear a size 7.5 but ordered a 7 and they were still too big. The toe strap also hit in a funny spot on my toes and I didn't feel as though they were going to be very comfortable. The sole of the shoe was very cushy on the other hand. I returned them.

This shoe must not scale well. I bought a size 12 and had to return it. There are two toe straps: one adjusts and the other one does not and is too tight. It probably is the right length for a smaller size and they just forgot to make it bigger for a larger size. My feet aren't particularly wide or high. Even when I was able to squeeze my foot into it, the strap ended up falling awkwardly unto my little toe. The sole would've been great and comfy, but there's no way of wearing it. Thankfully customer service was very helpful, but I just wish it had worked out.

The bottom was too long - sticking out in front would cause tripping. The top was too tight. The picture looks nice but did not fit at all.

Nice sandal but as other reviewers mentioned the fitting is not right. The strap width of the across the toe end of the sandal is way off. I got my teenager daughter to try them and even she could not get her feet to fit them. Had to return them.
