I like to stop at the gym on my way home from work. Because I take public transit to work, I wanted to find a backpack for a gym bag, as I usually carry a cross-body or shoulder bag to work and didn't want two of the same style of bags to lug around on the light rail, etc. I also wanted a backpack that wouldn't stick out far from my back and make me take up more room than I need to on the light rail! I have a great Adidas tote bag, so I searched Adidas bags on Zappos. I came across this backpack and ordered both the black and the sea green. The black bag is the one I ended up keeping. This bag fits everything I need to go to the gym after work: shoes go in the bottom, clothes fit on top. There is a fleece-lined pocket inside the main compartment of the backpack; this would be great for your phone or anything "delicate" to protect it from getting scratched up. I put my lock, some essential toiletries, and hair brush/hair ties in the zip pocket on the front/outside of the bag. I'm easily able to zip the main compartment and roll it down so I can use the clips to close the bag up. I've had reason to carry my laptop home in this bag and it still zips shut, but my laptop is too tall so I just clip the bag shut without rolling it down and it feels safe/secure to me. The shoulder straps are very well padded. They are not contoured to fit the body though, and there is no cross-chest clip to help keep it in place, so just be aware that the bag might slip around on you if you are wearing a shiny jacket or something like that! I haven't used the straps at the base of the bag to carry a yoga mat so I cannot speak to them. All in all, a great bag for the price! I'm happy I bought it!

I love this backpack! had it on my wish list for too long finally decided I deserved it. Shipping was amazing, i literally got it 24 hours after i made the order, i thought i might have to wait a week since it was free shipping. So glad I made this purchase. Super comfortable, spacious, light. I was afraid it would be small even though I read the description and watched the video, but size wasn’t an issue at all, its perfect! not bulky but fits a lot because of the material it’s made of, definitely recommend it if you’re interested.

This is going to be a good backpack for me to wear when out with my kids. I'm out of the diaper bag phase but need more than a purse. It's lightweight and nice to secure your belongings with several straps and zippers. I just used it for several days at Disneyland and thought it was great. I got the turquoise color, and it's cute.
