This shoe is a poor imitation of Vionic’s “Eddy” which was a great fitting, comfortable and stylish boat shoe. I am sorry Vionic discontinued the Eddy.

Nice shoe. I'm very happy with it. Comfortable from the first wearing, required no break in.

The fit and size were accurate although it is a little snug on my one bunion. Not the problem with the shoe at all, so once that stretches out they’ll be perfect. They feel great right out of the box with no sock. They seem a little rigid, but it doesn’t impede the overall comfort and I expect this aspect to allow the shoes to last for years. Decent arch support, in that I don’t feel it, but I’m not pronating. I usually wear a woman’s wide which is comparable to a mens medium.

These are sturdy shoes made of thick leather. I need a removable insole, so I can’t commemt on much on comfort, but the uppers will take a while to break in. I love the look of these and they are molding to my feet with wear. The one problem I’ve had is that the rawhide lace broke on one shoe after only a few weeks. The laces look great, but they’re clearly not as good quality as the rest of the shoe.
