I bought this as a gift for a friend. He is a big fan of the boots but didnt have a casual type shoe. So i purchased this for his birthday and he loved it. He says they're very comfortable and they fit just right.

Business casual, trade shows, on your feet all day.... These are the first shoes I've ever been able to wear comfortably all day, and i have regular foot issues. Please don't ever stop making these! Love the slip-ons even more!

Ordered on line and shoe fit great. Comfortable for a size 14 and no need to break-in the shoe--fit was fine from the beginning. Used mostly during the summer and fall because of its comfort, and the breathability of the shoe.

Great shoes, very comfortable and light weight. I'm a size 9.5 and they are true to size. They got completely soaked in the rain and dried out without any staining. Perfect for travel, easy hikes and nice enough to wear out to dinner.

The Downtown Lace has been a great go-to shoe. It has an understated style that allows the shoe to be paired with almost any outfit. I am currently on my second pair, albeit in a different color.

These shoes are my go-to three season casual and travel shoe. I have three pairs - two lace and one slip-on that I wear all the time. Single ply leather uppers maintain their fit and work with a variety of sock weights. Using shoe trees or fiber inserts help to prevent creasing in the uppers for better appearance after extended use. Glad to see that Merrell has brought them back in the lace version. Good move OMO!

I bought these for work. I'm on concrete all day and walk about 50 miles a week. These shoes are very comfortable right from the box. First impressions suggest a well made shoe. Would recommend. I'll try to update my review as I accumulate miles on them.

I thought the heal would be too flimsy and thus, uncomfortable. Nothing could be further from that. COMFORTABLE FROM THE GIT GO! Wore them all day and loved them!

This will be a great summer shoe (once the warmer weather arrives). The sizing is accurate and the feel is typical Merrell - great right out of the box. The look is attractive - casual, but stylish. It is soft and thin on top with a solid and supportive footbed.

Bought a pair, wore them all the time, replaced them with another pair, spilled bleach on them. Got another pair, this time the Downtown Moc was only available without laces. Got them anyway. Love them. Now the laces are back. Gotta have a version with laces. One of my all-time favorite shoes.

I love these shoes. So lightweight they feel like slippers. The sole is nothing but comfort. Yet with the lightweight and soft comfort is a sturdy footbed that keeps your foot in place and supported. I think the style is casual but with a little class that makes these stand out froml lots of boring shoes. Rock these - you'll be glad you did.

I love these shoes! They can compliment casual or business casual clothing. They are every bit as comfortable as a pair of athletic shoes despite the appearance. A bonus - they are also very light in weight.
