I love my ugg boots and I wear them everywhere. I got them to wear in the snow but was disappointed after dark spots started to show on boot. Still love the product.

I have had my Brooks (SHORT) for 3+ years & my husband rolls his eyes each time I reach for them. Last year I started my search for a new pair with no luck, I was hoping this year would be the year, but still discontinued. Unfortunately my calfs are too big for the tall version.

I have several pairs of Ugg boots and this was the first time I had such a hard time getting my foot into the boot. I had to go up a size so while the boot looks nice, the foot area is big for me.

This is the fourth pair of Ugg Brooks boots I have purchased. But the first time I have purchased them online. I saved a bit of money doing it that way, but was disappointed in the color of the boots. No wonder they were on sale. I will buy from a regular retail store next time.

I tried these on in the store and they went on easily. When I got these through the mail, they are very hard to pull on.

Well made good looking boot but too snug in the fore-foot. Bummer, had ordered my usual 7 1/2 and returned them as were way too tight. Re-ordered size 8 and they are still too narrow but are tolerable...eed boots so will keep them, but these really are not true to size as I never need an 8 in other shoes/boots.

For years I have looked at pictures of these boots with thick, twinface sheepskin lining. Finally bought a pair. To my disappointment they arrived with a thin, not sheepskin, not warm lining. I contacted customer service and was immediately contacted by a very nice lady who said 'send them back, we'll send you a new pair'. I did. And to my disappointment got a pair with the same thin, not sheepskin lining. They reimbursed me the shipping. Yahoo. I think they have changed the lining and I got caught in the change...the description of the boots I bought said 'twinface'. That's not what I got. Customer service clearly did not care, at all. Been an Uggs fan for a long time. Now...not so much.

Purchased this product for extended outdoor activity. It is a nice looking boot. The boot is not as warm as I expected. All of the Ugg users I have spoken to say the boot is really warm and that their feed don't get cold, but they wear the suede type and not sure if that is the difference. It does take my feet a bit longer to get cold but I have to wear tights, light footies and another pair of wool footies to keep relatively warm

This particular pair was not sized same as others. I have many pairs of Ugg boots always wear an 8. This style was a size too big.

I have 4 pair of this formerly fantastic boot from over 10years ago. They were, IMHO the best boot ever made for multipurpose wear - WARM, waterproof, great looking, stylish enough to wear at work, yet practical enough to wear daily and everywhere during Maine winters. I have tried purchasing the boot again several times, each time finding great disappointment in how it has been changed. Most notably, it runs smaller, and the shearling lining used to be an inch+ thick, very warm and downright luxurious. The lining is flimsy and very thin now - fashionable maybe, not warm. The luxurious feel is gone. There is a hard, uncomfortable footbed with, again, thin shearling lining and no arch support. My old boots look like the new ones on the lower part of the shoe, but the footbed somehow has some cushion, even after daily winter wearing for years- maybe it is just that the shearling is so much thicker. Finally, I paid $100 more for the new boots and the quality is clearly not the same. I would not complain about higher cost if only the quality were the same, and I would buy multiple more pair. UGG are you listening?

Though these are very nice serviceable boots, in the first pair the vertical leg part of the boot slit. One day there was just a gash through the leather and the fur which went all the way through. This was not caused by anything that I had done. I was given a replacement pair. A few years later there are now large holes in the front of both boots where the upper meets the part that goes vertically up the leg, making both boots not able to be worn.

This boot is very classy and stylish, however, they are for the very skinny! I am average size and could not get my leg or foot in this boot.

I use my boots on a daily basis, the shaft is very thin and the fur lining is very course which is the only thing i dont like about this boot. Other than that it fits true to size and is warm in the foot itself can be worn straight up or flipped with jeans or whatever...I needed this boot to get through the winter and it was traded in from a boot that is no longer made. I wish they still made my boot it was better than the one I had received but I guess we will see what happens.

I have FOUR pair of this boot - 2 black and 2 brown from 6-8 years ago. They were hands down the best boot ever- NOT ANY MORE> 1)The fleece lining on the leg portion of boot is very thin and flimsy, not thick and luxurious, and the color is now tan, not black. 2)The outer part of the leg portion used to be suede, now it's shinier finished leather - I could live with that, but preferred the contrast. 3) The boot is substantially smaller in overall size and more narrow in the toebox- my toes are too scrunched to get a good secure traction on wintery terrain 4)The footbed is hard as a rock now, it used to be, again, luxurious - both thick fleece lining and an under-cushion that allowed me to stand for hours in absolute comfort. Very disappointed. UGG - please return this boot to its original absolutely wonderful design and I'll buy a pair every few years till I die!

For everyday wear, I like the looks of it but it pinches the top of my foot and make it go to sleep, I keep hoping it will stretch so far not so much. Almost returned, Pretty expensive for what they are. I have an old pair that I just love and this new pair really disappointed ordered same size and they don't fit like old pair. My old pair were comfy from the start never had to feel like I needed to break in or have them stretch

I have the same pair of boots that are three years old. They are some what worn out so I decided to buy new ones. They came and my daughter noticed that some of the fur was missing on top. She said that the boots looked worn because of the fur.

I have owned several pairs of classics and various ugg slippers. These boots are very nice but were a little disappointing to me. When I received them I was so sad to see and feel how much thinner the shearling was on the shaft and sole. If you are familiar with the classics, the Brooks shearling is about half as thick on both shaft and sole. They are still warm but not quite as much, and not nearly as plush and luxurious feeling as the classics. This leaves me wearing the classics much more frequently and only breaking these out for really deep snow or wet weather. I was hoping these would become my standard boot vs the classics because they are a bit more sophisticated but sadly no.. Also the sole of these boots (probably bc the fur is SO thin) got super worn out and gross after one season of light to moderate use. If the soles weren't replaceable my review would be one star.
That being said, they are an attractive boot and are well made.

I should have followed my first mind and get a size down as I always do with uggs but this time I followed the recommendation on the site . Love the boots but it was 1/2 size to big , plus it looked big on my feet as well. I anticipate this will stretch sooner or later so I needed to do an exchange . Only problem was they no longer have the size. What a bummer.

I had less problem with the product than that I spent almost $700. on boots and you didn't provide a prepaid label for the return. It costs about as much to return as I paid for it.

I recieved my first pair of Uggs in the Brooks Tall 12 years ago as a gift and fell in love instantly. These are THEE best, warmest, boots I own and are my favorite boots to wear every winter. I get lots of compliments even to this day. I have them in brown so I decided to buy the black so I have another pair in a different color and because I just love the warmth and want another Brooks. I was so excited to get them today-however as soon as I saw them it was a HUGE letdown. I must have been spoiled at the great quality of the original because these are not the same in terms of the top part of the boot. My original top portion has the soft leather exterior with very plush THICK sheepskin. The new brooks I got today has very very thin sheepskin (is it even sheepskin?) and very thin leather that looks like imitation leather. Does not look good at all. The bottom portion looks good and looks the same...just the top portion looks bad and most importantly feels bad. Not warm like my orginal. I am returning tomorrow. So disappointed.

Unfortunately I had to replace my 12 year old Brooks Tall only because I needed a bigger size. The quality is not the same: I prefer the suede upper, and the black fur inside is far superior to the new light beige shearling lining...the new leather also feels inferior. Furthermore, they don't keep my feet as warm as the old ones. Disappointing, and I would have returned them had I less faith in Ugg and didn't wear them immediately.

Dear Uggs. Please stop with the Ugg Pure. It is awful. Had I known I was paying this much for not so warm boots, well, I wouldn't have. There is no comparison between these and my older, sheepskin lined boots. You are losing me as a customer.

I have 4 pair of the original Brooks Tall boot from 12-14yrs ago (when the shank was suede and lined with thick, plush superbly warm fleece and not shiny/crinkle finished leather with thin flimsy uneven fleece lining. It used to be fantastically warm, comfortable and of highest quality. In short, it WAS, the best boot EVER! They are somewhat tired however, so last year I received this newer edition as a gift. 1)The sole is NOT cushioned at all, it feels thin and hard, the fleece foot bed is thin and worn after about 10 wears. The toe box is more narrowed and crunches toes together. Worst of all - the fleece is poor quality as described above. How can a boot that costs this much from a retailer with such a reputation as Ugg have been redesigned this way? I can only imagine that all the positive reviews are from people unfamiliar with the original version (absolutely no negative reviews seems unusual. I swear I reviewed it last year but the review is missing so I am sending it again hoping Ugg will listen and be fair about showing all feedback). Up in New England, there are a few of us with the old version still wearing them, and we've seen each other on the streets and shared regrets about the sad sad trend towards lower quality and trendiness in this previously wonderful boot.

I ordered a size up because UGGs run short. However, after wearing only 3 days, the boots stretched out so much that they felt loose on my feet and heavier to lug around. This was surprising because the leather is very thick, and I had not expected this to happen with a sturdier boot. The big positive is that they keep your feet very warm, even under very frigid conditions. Overall, not value for my money.
