It was actually a shock to see such bad reviews. I bought these shoes for traveling in Europe. I often have an issue purchasing shoes because I have a high arch and wider feet. I was pleasantly surprised that they were so easy to put on and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend you at least try them out, I understand they might not be for everyone, but they are hands down the perfect fit for me.

I've been searching for a comfortable "everyday" shoe for standing on concrete all day while still looking professional. These arrived FAST and the fit was perfect!

Very stylish and surprisingly comfortable! They're a teeny bit smaller than I would like, but the half size up would have been too big, I think. The quality of the shoe is really evident: nice footbed and excellent overall appearance; they feel sturdy, as though they'll last a long time. I'm so glad I picked these!

Beautiful shoe....unfortunately no room for an arch. Cannot even get on foot.

The style of these boots allows me to wear them with jeans and leggings. The length is appropriate. I would have liked the toe box to be a bit deeper as El Naturalista's were in the past. I have put them to regular use since they arrived.

I have another pair of El Naturalistas in a 38, but these are too big for me in that size. I am returning them and replacing with a 37. Usually I wear a 7.5 shoe and my foot is on the wide side. Love the unusual style of this shoe to wear with skinny pants to work or with jeans. I wear a lot of clogs (Danskos), and these are a nice alternative.

LOVE these! They are so comfortable, and a little funky. I was concerned about the reviewer that said they were difficult to get into, and they are a little challenging, but after doing it a couple of times, it's not a problem for me. The loop at the back of the heel helps.

Great casual shoes that felt great on my feet except they were too small. I wear an 11 or a 42 but these shoes run at least 1/2 size short. Otherwise I would have kept them.

Very nice show. I loved this shoe and wanted to keep it but unfortunately it just did not fit well. The shoe was slightly too small for me = uncomfortable. I'll look for a better fitting bootie!

Difficult to get on, but haven’t yet broken them in. Maybe it will get easier? Comfortable and super cute.

The fit of this shoe in length was good -but it is very wide for narrow feet. Material and overall style i did like. TOo bad this brand does not have narrow sizing.

I ordered a size up because I wanted to wear them with no show socks. They fit perfectly and are great on days I have to walk and stand all day for work. They are a bit awkward to put on so I use a shoe horn which makes slipping them on much easier.

I love the look of El Naturalista and once every other year I go ahead an order a pair such as these super cool looking Myth Yggdrasil. They never fit me quite right. I walk around in my house with them, hoping so much that I'll get comfortable but no, a 38 is too tight, a 39 is too big. I'm a straight up 7 1/2 which just doesn't seem to work for European sized shoes, at least not for me. But gosh I wish these shoes fit me, they're such a great combination of hip/cool and urban/utility.

Lovely shoe but I always wear a 40 and in this shoe my toes were smashed up against the toe box. Unfortunately there were no size 41 in stock because they are lovely and well made.

These shoes look pretty clunky although very comfortable. Unfortunately, El Naturalista seems to run small. I wear a US size 11 and their size 42 is just too small for me.

very hard to put on, these shoes look good but are also cut just too high for me and visually cut in at the front of the ankle. They also rub on the interior ankle bones. comfort seems very good, but couldn't deal with the wrangling of getting them on every day.

I had to return these shoe’s. They are very hard to get on, tight over the top of my foot. Loved the style the leather was soft.

Such adorable shoes. I usually wear a 7.5. I ordered a 38 and had to return. At least a half size too small and maybe a whole size. Disappointed because I love the shoe look and the brand in general.

While this company and brand used to be highly reputable and high quality, things have changed in 2019. Check out the customer experiences in Facebook visitor posts and beware of both shoddy products and horrible customer service.

I could not get my foot into these boots. The opening had no give.

Looked great, but so hard to get on with no zipper. The top of the shoe at the ankle is very wide and looks sloppy. Had to send back
