UPDATE: I rebought this bag because it will fit over the handle of my B&R TORQ spinners, where the TB bag won't.
I'd also recommend:

I absolutely love this bag for use on mostly international trips. It holds a lot and is well organized with wonderful pockets especially for important things like passport, boarding passes, iPhone, iPad, etc. They make it easy to know quickly where things are. I can even fit in my 13” MacBook Air since I have a padded sleeve for that. Since it is not super structured, I can always fit it under the seat of any airplane and then easily attach it to any of my suitcases. It’s a fabulous travel bag and so much better than bags that for me are just a black hole, like a Longchamp Le Pliage tote bag. I find the handle quite comfortable and well made. It’s my favorite bag to use as my personal item since I tend not to travel light! I highly recommend this bag. Briggs and Riley is a very reliable and well constructed brand. I plan to add the Transcend VX shopping tote for shorter trips when I don’t need to pack quite as much in my carry on personal item.

The fabric is gorgeous. The zippers are smooth. I love the layout of all the pockets and how the bag opens. The handle is not very comfortable, and neither is the shoulder strap. The back of the bag has no pockets. There's a slip through area in the middle for putting over the handle of your rolling luggage, but the two side pieces are not pockets. The one with the snap is the built in luggage tag. I probably would have kept this bag except my Tom Bihn Western Flyer is exactly the same size and I don't need two bags. I like the layout of the pockets better on the B&R bag, but I like the ballistic nylon and the shoulder strap and carry handles on the TB bag better. All in all, the B&R bag is a winner.
