After some trial and error in trying to find a new perfect pair of black boots (another reason why I love Zappos - free shipping on returns) I found these. I love them. They look great and can be dressed up or dressed down. When I wore them for the first time, I happened to give an hour long tour that day, walking all over a large campus, and my feet felt great. I have back issues and foot issues, and these work for me. I wear a size 9 and sometimes I feel like my feet look too big, but these make my feet feel slim and small. True to size.
