After reordering a smaller size, I can finally give this jacket a very favorable review. The lamb leather is refined, and simplicity of the jacket's style will allow me to dress it up or down. There are edgier jackets, but this one represents a nice balance. Let me repeat the caution given by the previous reviewer, however. While I wear a large in Cole Haan leather jackets, I had to size down to a medium in this Lauren leather jacket. Other than the fact that it took so long for me to get the smaller size (slow shipping and a temporary misdirection by UPS), I am very happy with this purchase.

Extremely nice leather, great quality. I am returning because I wanted a little more edgy, urban style and this is rather plain and a little more dressy. Pity - its a beautiful jacket. Warning -it runs really large though.

I ordered this jacket & a Cole Haan Lambskin Leather Scuba jacket. This jacket was noticeably heavier. I loved the leather quality & the jacket is extremely well made. I ordered a large; it fit well. I do not believe that it runs big as another reviewer stated. I wanted to layer the jacket with a hoodie, but there isn't room to accommodate it. I don't know if an XL would be too big. I have a leather jacket & wanted to upgrade it. But for now, I'm going to keep wearing the jacket that I currently own.

Beautiful leather but this does run big ... very very roomy so not the fit I was looking for... I want to leave my jacket unzipped while still having it fit my back... this coat could be stunning but you have to want it roomy!
