Love the line in the middle to assist with the positioning of the feet!

I bought this approximately a month ago and use it most days. It is a very thick mat and it doesn't slip. Would recommend.

I was hoping to find a mat that was affordable and high quality, which is exactly this mat. It has a great grip and thickness, and it doesn't slide or move around during practice. I am so happy with this mat!

Got this mat a month ago for a client new to the practice and they love it! The middle stripe helps keep them balanced in the the center.

I really like this mat! I love the color and the size. It could use a little more grip, but that may just be my personal preference. Its a great mat for anyone, not just beginners!

I finally changed my yoga mat after a year. Unfortunately, the Welcome mat had a major issue for me. Every time I went into down dog, I found myself slipping A LOT. With that being said, I really wanted to like the mat. The alignment strip and colors and weight were all perfect. I just could not get over the slipping.

It is slippery and I can't get s good grip on the mat.

The lines are cool but it's very squishy foam that provides little to no cushion for your practice. Spend a little more and get a decent mat.

I bought this mat about a month ago. It's so slippery I can't even hold a downward dog. It's fine for yin yoga because it's so thick. Vinyasa on this mat just doesn't work.
