These are narrow in the toe box, and definitely on the small side of the sizing definition. I wear size ten, and if I was going to keep them I would need to size up.

Beautifully constructed, perfect design, quality made boot. No under foot support or cushion. Was very tight in the vamp and too narrow to let my little toes breathe. I think going up a size would be too long; need to make a wide with a removable insole so we can add cushioning support. I’m sad!
