Very nice boots to look at, the material is good, if you are thinking of buying them, keep in mind that they come a little small, I normally wear size 10.50 but in this boot I am 11.

These look nice but they aren't a true hiking boot at all. Very poor ankle support. Insole also thin and shifts in the boot as you walk. Only thing that I've found to help is really tighten up the laces. These fit me perfectly but are a cheaply designed boot.

Fits true to size. Ordered a half size larger to accommodate thicker hiking socks. Quick break in period. The most comfortable pair of shoes I own; on my third pair now and they've held up well through several hundred miles of trekking each time.

This hiking boot is very comfotable. I have had others but this one takes the cake. They are perfect to size. I can walk in these all day.

After reading the reviews that the size is slightly small, I ordered 1/2 size up and it fit perfectly. I took it from the box to the trail and had no break-in problems. It was easy on my feet. I took if for hike in muddy terrain and it held well and did not slip. When terrain or trail was rocky and my ankle would turn, the boot allowed some flexibility but protected my ankle from severe turning. I also use it to walk on hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt and it's perfect.

I love these boots. I volunteer as SAR Tech. In the snow, my feet are warm and dry. However, in the rain, not so much. Needs better waterproofing. It may be MY pair only. Here in California, it's been a WET year, like NOAH wet! I'm in these boots on my days off, and these are my second pair.

Comfortable and came as ordered. Only thing that could make them better would be if they were Made in America

Great looking boot. Well designed. Woefully mis-sized. They're labeled 9.5 but are barely 9's. First time I've had this problem with Columbia boots.

Comfortable boot. I require a large toe box and the wide width handled my toes perfectly. Just spent a weekend in them and my feet were happy at the end. I'm buying a 2nd pair.

I had to get these for an emergency. (I forgot my boots for a trip) so I saw these. The first day of use (about 4 hours) my feet were a bit damp. So I thought it might have been the sock boot combo... so I changed the socks I used. On a longer day (about 8 phours) my feet hurt and where so sweaty they got pruny. The 3rd day of use was the same thing. Different brand and style of sock. Same sweaty feet.

suggested 1/2 size larger as they tend to run a bit small, second pair, reasonably waterproof, rubber coated toe is very thin, ie no protection from stubbing. Not too bad for the money.

Received these great boots the other day. Because I have a small, wide foot, I had to stretch them a bit.
After that, they fit like a glove. They are very comfortable to walk in and give great support on the trails.

I like mid-hi boots for most of my walking as my ankles are a bit weak. These boots definitely provide the support I need. They are a bit lighter weight than other boots tried in the past. They handle almost all of the weather (water) I've run into. They give excellent traction for the price. The laces seem to wear like other boots I've owned, but the uppers seem to be tough and the soles are lasting longer. I'm very pleased with these boots.

I bought these for my husband for working outside mowing the lawn, landscaping work etc. He wanted a 9.5 Wide which is his usual size and they fit great. He has been wearing them daily for two weeks and has no complaints They support his feet well.

These boots are very comfortable and feel good on my wide feet. I used these for elk hunting in early September this year and was very pleased with them. I would give them a 5 star review but after putting around 50 miles on them I noticed that the sole was separating a little. I was debating if this was worthy of a 3 star rating or 4 star because of this. I'm not sure if a better shoe glue is needed or what but I will try to fix this on my current pair because I do really like these boots.

From the first wearing, the boots made a weird crunching noise when walking in them. It sounded like stiff cellophane; perhaps the waterproofing membrane? After wearing them around the house 3-4 days a week for 4 months, the sole separated from the upper. Photos are of the same shoe. Lots of sole remaining. As you can see, hardly even dirty!

Columbia Crestwood replaced a discontinued style that I wore for years and Columbia never disappoints! Great quality and perfect fit and support!
