After reading reviews, I ordered these a half size up from my normal 7.5. My heels were swimming in those. So I ordered my regular size. At first, the boots felt extremely snug at the sides and over my toes. But I'm accustomed to a more rounded toe so I kept them and they gradually stretched. After several wearings, they fit nicely. They are wearing well through snow and slush, and the sole is fairly "grippy" on ice and not too hard. Love the style - the side lacing and grommets keep them from being too plain, but aren't excessive, and I can wear them with casual or dressier pants or skirts. The side zipper makes them more difficult to get on than lace-ups. The inner padding and arch support are not as good as my more expensive boots, but for the price, these seem to be a real bargain. I'm quite pleased with this purchase and with Zappos for making the exchanges so easy.

Cute booties, but they fit at least a half size smaller than marked (11M feels like a 10 or 10.5 M). Even with only thin footies they were too short so, they will need to be returned.

I loved them had a hard time sending back but left boot just didn’t like my left foot.

For some reason I expected these boots to be made of fabric material. They are rather made of a sort of hard plastic. They’re still really cute, but they’re more of a rain boot. They’ll need to be broken in to be comfortable.

very cute boots, but far too narrow for me and I don't generally have a wide foot. SInce I wear a 10 and there's no 10.5, I have to return because I think an 11 will be too big. I wish I could count on them stretching given they're suede, but it seems risky. Sad.

I agree with the other reviewer. These are cute but way too small and narrow. I wear a size 10 but have several shoes and boots in size 9.5. The size 10 in this boot is so small I can barely fit my foot in it! I wish they offered a wide width, because I'm not sure I"m going to try for the size 11. It seems a bit ridiculous and so unfortunately these will be going back.

First off I must correct the description that says these are suede. They are not. They appear to be a synthetic leather material which is in my opinion cheap looking. Although these fit as expected in my usual size, when I walked, the top of the boot dug into my shin. There is no way these would allow any serious amount of walking. I returned them.

Boy, I really wanted to like these, but as others stated previously, they were too narrow in the toe box. Also, I thought the toes curled up like elf boots!

I first ordered these in a 7M, which should have been just right to a little large, but they were tight with a thin sock. Swapped out the 7 for a 7.5 and now my feet are swimming in them even with a thick sock. I like the style but the fit is unpredictable.

I bought these shoes for my 14-year-old daughter but they didn't quite work out. The blue color and the stitching are quite attractive. However, they were stiff, which made them somewhat uncomfortable. They felt a bit loose in the heel as well (she has a very narrow foot, and this problem might have been solved with an insole, but since she wasn't that crazy about them we thought it better to return). Easy return and great service from Zappo's, as usual.

Does not feel much like leather. And they hurt my feet terribly on first wearing. But I could not return, it was past the 30 days. Disappointed. Fit was true to size
