I have not wore these shoes for an extended time yet. I have a a slender foot with a narrow heel and a slightly wider toe area from wearing years of highs heels. They fit me perfectly except the. Arch is slightly far back from my actual arch. This has not been an issue while wearing these. The insert can easily be taken in and out . I do not need to change it and would not expect to with a shoe of this price. They will be perfect for me to work in, travel, and to walk my dog in the early morning. I like that they have a little height to them.

I was excited to receive this order as I have been buying and returning a number of shoes that did not feel quite as comfortable as they should. These looked good and at first try seemed comfortable but the sizing is misleading. I am a true 5 but this shoe runs large and is more like a 5.5. I regret having to return another pair. Thank you Zappos for your patience while I search for the perfect replacement to the Merrill Spire, which I had worn for several years and owned numerous pairs, but sadly, that style has been discontinued

When I received and tried them on, my first reaction was "no, not going to work" and sat them aside. Recently I opened them back up and slipped them on...felt a more support in the heel area and not in the arch support like I had with the sandals, but after wearing them all day, they were comfortable, no leg or feet aches. Been wearing them all day for two weeks now, and I find they are as comfortable as the first day.

I ordered the 40 and though these are not stylish shoes. They have excellent arch support and are very comfortable.

Attractive and well made but was a bit too long which made the arch support out of place for me.

This shoe was just too wide and does not feel comfortable.

This shoe looked ok, but the heels slipped when walking. They would have definitely given me a blister. Not worth $119.

I normally love this brand but these shoes are too wide. I was hoping to be able to wear these slip on shoes but no I will have to find shoes that tie.

Really wanted to get something with strong arch support. Unfortunately these have the arch too far back in the shoe for my foot. Shoe looks ok not fabulous so they are going back.

I had high hopes for these because of the elastic collar but they are too wide for my narrow foot. Also they have a very strong and noxious chemical smell. I'm returning them.
