Love the look of these boots and I was obviously determined to make them work. I've been wearing them almost daily for a year and it's taken the better part of that time to feel like they're broken in. I put some inexpensive insoles in them. The first 1/4" of the rubber sole at the toe is loose, but it doesn't bother either the form or function of the boot. I don't know if any of this is this is a good or bad review... I do like the boots, but you've got to be committed!

I have only worn them a few times but they are comfortable and seem to be well made. I am very happy with them so far. I usually wear a size 11.5 shoe; however, I bought these boots in size 11 and they fit well.

The style and comfort are great. The quality needs some work. The sole is glued, not stitched on, so every couple of months it begins to detach from the boot at the toe. I've fixed it by using Shoo Goo and a couple of binder clips to hold it tight while it dries, but I shouldn't have to do this. However, I like the boots so much that I'd rather do this than return them.

Read reviews about soles pulling apart but bought anyway. A few wears in and, behold, the tips of both my soles have pulled apart. Really disappointed in craftsmanship given the price.

It didn't take long to break them in, I really like them!
