What a disappointment! Had these sandals for about a month now and loved them (see my first review, where I have 5 stars). Yesterday they came completely undone, but only one of them - the other one is fine. Not sure how to rate, because it could be only a fluke, but then again, it could be poor standards. For clarity - it was nothing I did to cause it. It just happened. See picture below.

Terrible fit! Foot slid forward with the toe overhanging the shoe. Very wide.

I loved them right out of the box. Tried them on and they were super soft and comfy. They were a bit wide, almost as if they had been worn a lot. I took them off and really checked them out. They were a bit dirty on the inside. Then I really scrutinized them. Sure enough they had been worn a lot. Sadly they were the last pair of red so I couldn't exchange them. In all fairness to Zappos this is the first time I have had to return a pair of shoes for having been worn. I have been a customer for about 16+years. I love Zappos and what they stand for. I did an online chat with customer service to make sure that when the shoes were received at the warehouse they would know why I had returned them. I was assured that they would.

LOVE these shoes! My width is B/C (depending), and these sandals fit me perfectly. It is a super-attractive sandal, with an elegant, decorative rosette on top. The entire look of this shoe is elegant, with a hint of sporty (depending from which angle one looks at it). The inner sole is padded a lot, and the feel while walking is as though one is walking barefoot on carpeting with quality padding underneath. The heel is just high enough to give it a polished look, without tiring the leg. I wore these sandals at a wedding and had no problems the entire evening - many hours of standing, walking, dancing, etc. The cushioned inner sole absorbs all shock of movement, giving feet a tremendous break and rest. Wouldn't mind owning these in other colors.

These shoes are like walking on a cloud. I bought them in orange so they're a little difficult to fit in to my wardrobe, but they are worth it. They are the most comfortable shoes i've ever put on my feet.

I ordered this shoe in white before I read this review. I hope they fit but now I doubt it because another pair of this brand fit me the way. Whats wrong with this company? If they fit well I'll change my review. The ratings below are by default, not from me.

Size 5m. Maybe my feet are getting old but I was so disappointed in these shoes. Very soft and no support. When I walked, my heel kept going over and I was afraid I would sprain my ankle. There was plenty room in the shoe but the sides of my feet felt the edge of the shoe. Had to return. Thank you so much Zappos for your great customer service. Whenever I can I give Zappos gift cards to show my appreciation.

I really liked them when I put them on, true to fit and widith. However while I was wearing them the tongue would curl and cut into my skin. I tried several times to straight it but it continued to curl.
